Kept calling, would not identify who he was with in vm messages. Told it was very important for me to call him back. I don't return calls to people who leave me messages like this.

972-301-4388 called. Someone by the name of Randy ??  Called demanding money. threatened action if I didn't write down what he said. Very rude. Extremely hostile. Said we received info from CMS that was never received. Very violent sounding. mentioned a company and said he was their representative. Very confrontational in voice and speech patterns. When I didn't respond in what he wanted to hear, he hung up on me. Don't know who he is and have not heard from company mentioned that he is representing them. How do I get this joker to stop harassing us? Letters of money demand have never been sent to us frm CMS. This is the first I heard from them.

This harrassed my wife with one phone call.  He can deal with me all he wants but when you say mean and rude things to my wife you have crossed the line.  Basically the guy is a dick!

I just received a phone call from this number too, and if this isn't a true collection agency, then I'm wondering how he was able to read back to me my social security #. He was very confrontational and even went so far as to threaten me and try to use a prior conversation that he had with my wife against me. He also claimed that I was rude to him and repeatedly hung up on him. I'm not sure who he works for or what exactly he is trying to do but it greatly concerns me that he has my social security #.

called my wifes cell phone and would not tell her what company he was with and asked for her phone number. I called the number and he wouldn't tell me what company he was with either. he wanted my phone number and when we both refused to give it to him, he said, "loose this number and don't ever call it again." The guys name was Chris that we talked to.

I just recieved a phone call from a person named Chris McNamara also, asked for address, phone number and had my social, I know for a fact I do not owe the company he claims to represent when I wouldn't give out boss'number he got rude said pay in 24 hours and hung up on me.

I receive a call from this number.  When I went to call it back, someone named Chris McNamara answered.  He stated he was with TransWorld Systems out of Dallas, TX and was looking for a diffedrent person who just happened to be my son.  He said he had a personal matter to discuss with him. He asked me what phone number I was calling from and when I asked him what number showed up on his caller ID, he said he didn't have caller ID.  I warned him of this website and the scam he apparently is running.

Man called asked for 'John Wilson'; I asked what was nature of call; and was it collection call. He claimed it was not; when I told him no one by that name did I know; he said he didn't believe me and hung up on me.  I called back and asked why he hung up and he said I was lying and life was too short to waste time talking  to me; I called him back and and asked why he hung up; he claimed; I was rude. [!] The number ended in 87; couldn't use call block on this  number. [?] Attempted with great difficulty to determine who to report to so at lea t the option for blocking this rudeness could be restored w/o much success. [I abhor liars- he was a collection agency- calling ME and then calling be a liar...that is abusive and a minimum breaks collection laws; especially since I wasn't the indiv he was looking for.

have been getting calls from this number on my home phone, cell phone, my wife's phone, and today my office phone. has called and started by giving my ssn and asking if it is mine. that is scary ... he is a sleazy guy, very rude, and threatens. Not sure how to get rid of him.

i recived a cal yesterdy from a dan with Trns world. he was asking for money i hve proof i hve paid. a 2.58 overdrft from my bank. very threatning. I cooperated and verified all my info. then isked my girlfriend whom i am nolonger with for a pen. he asked for my wifes number i told i was not married. then he said well you better give me your girlfriends number then for emergency. im not dying and if i ws it isnt their duty to call anyone about me. i told him i did not fell comfortble giving him her number and was not going to, and started to explain why that i ws leving her and no reason for him to harrass her, not to mention it is none of his buisness. he then said screaming at me that i will be sued and imprisoned, and im worthless. then hung up. i will be reporting this man and corportion. it was uncalled for for any amount of money and he has my whole background and hs no right to tlk to  decorted war veteran in that manner. they would not let me talk to anyone when i tried to return the call.

YEP!  Complete assH.......said I made up a sob story about my mom having cancer so he'd feel sorry for me.  She does have cancer all over her body btw.  He said, okay, well....since you didn't want to work anything out..., you'll see what happens now and hung up.  That was his second call to me.

Prior to that, got a call from him before, he didn't want to set up a payment plan ...he asked if I could ask my boss for a loan for $568.  I was like....yeah, right..., that's NOT happening.  This second call tho, he was MAJORLY rude and VERY mean, I can't see how THESE people live with themselves.

Called regarding a medical debt. Wanted my bank info. I think not!
Said I had 24 hours to work out a settlement or I'll have to wait
to see what would happen next. Can't take $$ from 0$$.  If I had
it I would be paying on my cars and mortgage too. Wake up and read
the news.

Steve Varner called my cell phone asking for my mother.  He told me his company name "CMS" and said that it was a very important manner that she call me back.  He knew her home phone, but asked for her cell, when i didn't give it to him, he said to have her call him back immediately.
My mom had no clue who the company was, and so i called him back.
He didn't answer the phone professionally and told me i was being too inquisitive and hung up on me.

Just received a call from the idiot called Chris McNamara on 9723014388 regarding a service not fulfilled and covered by the Dentalcare group... When I told him I had actually paid 50% advance as per their policy and did not go through with it he got arsey! Then stating he'd emailed me and if i received my email, asked for my address and quoted him well you can email me, so he then asked for my email??? Lol what a knob!

Finally a threat to hunt me down and find me as he knows where I live and hung up... Funny that, Ive just moved back to the england, yes you may have my number but you don't have my address and not to sound funny Mr. Chris McNamara... but you'd seriously need more than a plastic surgeon if you ran into me!

this guy has been calling me too.  when i asked him for proof of the "alleged debt" he stated he was not required to send it, that it was a courtesy if he did and asked why am I "stalling?"  Well maybe because I can't figure out if this is a for real company or not, for starters.  He gave me a 24 hour time period to accept his offer as well and stated well if I don't hurry up, it is going to go up.  Completely no courtesty or attempt to clarify anything.  Rude too.  How can I even begin to contemplate the possibility of a debt owed when you are not showing me anything and not even being straight about who you are?  Don't these people realize that in the days of such rampany fraud their attempts to disguise the truth and tell tremendous lies only works against them????

I have a debt that has been turned over to Trans World...and I am actually paying the debt. Got a call from Chris McNamara at work no doubt..and they have been told not to call me at work..because the payment was a few days late..he said "I have your name, your social security number, your drivers license number and I know where you work and live..we will get our money" then he hung up on me..and he is not even the guy that is working with me on this debt! He also berated me about the fact that I give my mother the money in cash then she automaticially debits it out of her bank account..telling me that 'Mommy is paying your bills for you"..how rude! I called back and talked with Nathan Gibson, who is handling the account..and he assured me Chris McNamara would not be calling me back..we will see!

I just got a call from Steve Varner. Said I had to agree to payment arrangement or they would pursue legal action. This is for a medical debt for which we have already signed a payment agreement for with the surgical center! He claims he sent us 6 letters that we ignored, we have never gotten anything. We were just at the surgical center 2 weeks ago for a procedure and they never said anything or asked for any money. This person said I had to verify information about where I work, our bank account, ss# etc. When I refused he got very nasty and threatening and I hung up on him. Said his company is "TSI" but I think that is a lie. Also said he is a lawyer, another lie. Does anyone have address or real company info so I can report them?

Guy named Steve Varner just called me from 1-972-301-4388, said he was from TSI, asking for my father. He was really vague and would not tell me what his company "TSI" did. He told me it is not a sales call, and I asked if it was a debt collector... he said no. I then googled TSI and his name, and ended up here. I called him back and asked why he lied to me. He got VERY defensive and started to snap back at me. He asked why I would assume that, I told him i found it on the web, he said tell me where... I said, go ahead.. google your damn name and your company.. its the first hit.. he said.. oh no that is my old company CMS.. I said its the same thing, just a different name. I told him I was not going to do his dirty work for him, and he should have told me the truth to begin with. He then told me "this is ridiculous, have a good [***] day" and hung up on me. No matter how you disguise it, sh*t is sh*t, TSI/CMS.. same thing. Don't give him any information... he's a total d**k.

I got a cll from Chris MacNamara too stating I needed to call him regarding an urgent matter.  Never stated what company he was calling from or the nature of his call in the message.  I returned his call and he was very rude.  He told me I had 24 hours to pay or else.  He said he knew where I lived and where I worked, as if he was going to hunt me down and kill me or something.  He then hung up on me.  I called right back and spoke with Nathan Gibson who was much more pleasant to deal with and Nathan and I got everything straightened out.  Chris Macnamara needs anger management or something.  Isn't threatening people against the law?
