They called my client and requested my client to send them invoices for a property that owes my client money, they misrepresented their company as DCI Firm?, they didn't say that they are with a collection agency NTA $ Associates?, he told my client he is with DCI firm, he told my client they are ready to send a check? my client called me and advised me of this matter.
I called 972-302-9575, I spoke with Andrew, when I confronted this man via telephone he started cursing and yelling asking me if I'm and attorney, called me a boy and insulted me in every way, I have it recorded for the record(what a fool acting as a collection agent( he never said the FDCPA)obviously he got very frustrated knowing that his (scam) was not working, he immediately terminated our telephone call.
I then contacted the secretary of state and their is no corporation for this company? I did find a website for a collection firm that doesn't even have an address? obvious scammers? this type of company will call different company and lure the companies to fax them the invoices, then they contact the owing properties and say that they represent the owner of the invoices, which they don't, if they collect the money they won't ever pay the owner of the receivable, I will take this to the attorney generals office, the better business bureau  and the local authority, I called again and requested the address, he gave me 14504 Dallas PKWY Dallas Texas 75200, I researched this address and again another scam, they are not located at this address

Andrew called my office and left a very abusive message on my recorder, calling me a foreigner, that I should go back to my country, used many curse words and derogatory comments against me, I have saved this recording for the record, I can't believe this idiot, obvious he is ignorant and knows nothing about the law, he doesn't realize he is in for a big surprise.
