Investigator Riley called me from this number about a case file. I know this is a scam, they know its a scam, so if we both know its a scam, how can a person continue to call? Because they are lowlife scum with no education and skills to offer the real work force. So Investigator Riley, if you're reading this, and I hope you are, do me a favor and go investigate a new life or just disappear. I'm so sick of these wannabe scam artist bothering not only me, but my family and friends. How about the government step in, oh wait, never mind, they are on vacation, again..........

I also got a call today from an investigator Riley to call back and they provided a case number.  I called and was only an answering machine.

Riley also called me very rude message.  When you call 972-331-4152 states this is a disconnected number.

I got a call from this # and its a bank investigator, I called the bank and this is a legitimate firm. I think they do insurance insurance investigations.

This wasn't even for me. "Investigator" Riley was completely rude and disrespectful. Played around my questions and wouldnt give me a straight answer. Going to file a personal complaint on her.

Also just received a call from Investigator Riley.  My Mother had received one on her land line just prior and she told her she was a detective and wanted information regarding my son.  My mother about had a stroke, scared that something serious had happened or harmed my son, so she gave the woman my phone number.  The woman initially had asked to speak to me, and not my son.  When she called me, she wanted information about my son which a reputable business would have upon doing legal business with my son.  She even wanted to confirm address with me, she gave me an erroneous address and I immediately suspected something was amiss.  She stated she had been trying to call him but was told that wasn't his number, but she would not tell me what number she had been calling.  She tried to get me to tell her address and phone, to which I asked her name again, confirmed that the number on my caller ID was a good number to reach her, what this call was in reference too? and I would relay the information the next time I spoke with him.
My mother called the number back and they stated they were SMB investigations but would not provide any other information.
Internet search of this company shows some disturbing comments regarding other such calls and comments.

I just got a call from Investigator Riley also referencing a file #.  She didn't say who she was with or what it was in regard to and It really scared me at first.  You said this is a legitimate firm.  Did you give them the file # and if so, what was the call in regard to?

My parents got a call regarding my boyfriend, asking him where he is and if he lives with me. They called both of their cell phones and their house phone. I called them up and they told me "you're his girlfriend, not his wife so I can't tell you anything". If it was real they would be calling my boyfriend's family or my boyfriend, not my family. They also don't even have my boyfriend's number, they were asking me for it. I know this is definitely a scam but it freaks me out how they have my family's phone numbers and know anything about me and my boyfriend living together.

Received a call from this number, they were very rude to my son.  They tried to argue with him whether or not it was a house phone or a cell phone.  Also told him someone was coming to the house.

I had a message from Vanessa Riley asking that I return her call at 972-331-4152 and refer to a file num. When I called back she answered and let me know that the call was being recorded. I gave her the file num and turns out that she was looking for my ex to get a statement from him. She wasn't trying to sell me anything or collect any money. I gave her the info I had. She wasn't rude or short with me.
