    They called me and said they were Elite Process Servers calling out of Dallas, TX.  Said they have are trying to serve papers from a company called Secured Capital Management about a payday loan.  I haven't been able to verify any of this.

    Yes left msg that they have time sensitive legal documents to serve me...want ME to call them back w/in 24 hours at this #. Yea right like I will rush to do that! Not going to bother - IF they are process servers they can do their own leg work. My bankruptcy is being filed end of this month can't get blood out of a stone and I sincerely hope it ends these annoying phone calls.

    This number has been reported to the Attorney General and they have investigated it.  This is a scam.  This indivifuals at 9724326543 are bullies and are experts in intimidating and violating every law they can.  Keep reporting these scam bags.
