Man using the name Thomas Stern called my cell  from (972) 432-7445 and gave me a return contact no (972) 435-0006 and said he is calling from Advance Mediation Solution. They had all my information including my SS# and advised me I have a warant of arrest because of an account I closed in 2012 that I received money from. Verified with my bank and was impossible to receive money on the day Mr. Stern's records indicate, when I closed the account way before that and that money would of been returned. Basically this is an Identity theft case I will contact the proper authorities.

I recd a call also saying that Felony charges were pending against me and I had to take care of it before charges were filed. They refused to provide me with the original creditors info saying it was against their policy. Then shortly thereafter someone from a blocked phone number and said that they were with the "Texas Dept of Criminal Justice" and said they were on their way to serve a warrant to arrest me. I asked them for their name and for the warrant or case# and a phone#, they refused and just gave me a bogus last name. I asked 3 times and then they just said they were filing a case and hung up. Well I called the "real" Tx Dept of Justice and told them what happened and they said that if they make a call, then their phone number will always show on caller ID (They never block the number) and they will also provide a full name, case number and details. I then called back the 972-435-0006 and told them that I was recording the call and asked them to repeat everything they said earlier and they hung up. I called them back 5 times and they refused to talk to me. I am going to keep calling and harassing them like they have done me. THIS IS A SCAM!
