North American Drilling (formally Northstar Energy) of Plano, TX apparently does NOT filter their massive "psuedo-qualified investor" list with the National No-Call and Texas Do Not Call List.

Fortunately for Mr. Larry Koonce the FTC and TX PUC does not followup with complaints of violations of the two lists.

You my friend are telling a wise tale for your own personal agenda. I invest with North American drilling corporation and have been treated with the upmost service the whole time. I have hit dry holes and hit good revenue earning wells. That is oil investing if you did not do your homework or threw all your money at something you knew nothing about that is no fault but your own quit blaming your life on others. Larry Koonce is a fine man every time I met him since I go into the office to do my business. Try it go into the office be a adult and discuss your problem just dont have a agenda and get on the internet and lie.

Peter if you did your research before you got on the internet you would see that North American has two cease and desist orders. And what does there competing companies have 4,000 cease and desist orders.So saying they have only two is a bad thing really lets people no you have a seperate agenda and not acting like a adult. Either you worked there before and got fired because you were inept or you invested to much in a oil well and it did not work that is the oil business everyone knows it so grow up.

This is a complaint site.  I found this site when I googled the phone number that was calling my cell looking for Michael.  Most people find this site when they google a phone number that has been harassing them. Is that what happened to you?  Or are you the scammer, saying nice things about yourself here because we have exposed your scam?

I NEVER deal with anyone who calls me looking for money.  I suggest others follow the same policy.

I just received a call from this number.  They asked for my husband by name.  I asked who was calling and they gave me a name.  When I asked who they were with...they hung up on me.  So (as I usually do with junk calls like this) I googled the number and it brought me here.  Looks like this has been going on for a while...the first two posts were from 2010???

If you can't tell me your name and who you work with...you aren't worth our time.  Too many scams going on out in the world today.

Again you keep talking about lies that you are making up and then tell people that are telling you the truth and there wrong for your mistakes. By Law under the Texas Rail Road commission to be a licensed operator you cannot cold call anyone period. All companies have to buy there leads that call you and they ask if you if you want to take a survey about your investing habits and if you dont want answer your never called. So dont answer a survey from a company about your investing habits and if and when the best time to contact is for you then blame others for cold calling you. North American Drilling has not been shut down by the Rail Road Commission neither have they been written up for what you are saying  there complete report is done by the Rail Road Commission on a continuous  basis is on the Rail Road Commission Website along with all licensed oil drillers. So sitting hear spreading lies about a company because you invest in a well the was finished and completed but did not turn out they way you wanted is childish. And at some point to get people to stop lying about there bad choices the company needs to find where you work and your company and write lies non stop till you get the point. Because you can not even defend yourself without paying money to get it off once you have shown proof they are lies. Do your homework ask questions find research about the company North American Drilling Corporations . NADC invites all participants to come in they put up cameras at the well site so you can watch your Well being drilled and completed  does everything from audited K-1 sent to you to revenue checks the same time every month. So  stop being liars there is no place for this and it will good on here when somebody does start finding out where these liars are at do the same exact same thing to them.

North American has two our competitors have 4,000 we carry it as badge of good service and you try to hold against people again come out let everyone no your a ex employee. Come out and not we dont even have cold call phone numbers to call. If you really were honest and had a complaint you would take it to court and at the point since our phones, text, emails all monitored they will bring up exactly what marketing company you spoke with so they could sale your number, Just be honest or bring the case you liar.. No company is gong to cold call you and take a chance at losing there company you have lost your mind.

Again liar take your court to case so that when you say that. The marketing company that we have to buy leads from that called you and you gave your information will be able to play your conversation right back to you. Every thing we do is monitored so do it take the right channels and stop lying your little bit of money is not worth losing a company stop lying stop doing phone surveys with companies that breaks your DNC protection. Lie or bring to court and lose you will not do it because your Full of it.

You took a survey over the pone with a company like Bay area holding which sold your information. North American Drilling cannot cold call anyone we are licensed operator not a broker or third party. Again take the proper channels and have the marketing company play back your conversation or take it to coutt and have it played back to you. But dont lie and that is all your doing is lying straight through your teeth. Get a life or go the proper channels.

And your the biggest scam of them all on this web site lying like a licensed operator is going to cold call you and risk there business. Your not that big and if you were you would again take the proper channels find out the marketing company you did a survey with or go to court and listem to them as you will pay court cost for being liar.

Because your complaint goes to the marketing company you gave your information to which they sold to companies there for breaking your protection of National DNC.. Your complaint does not go to NADC why dont you think back to either Bay Area holding , and the 100 others that call and you did a survey rather than say NADC broke a law. No we are playing by the rules and adhering strictly to the law. Again you wont take it through the proper channels because whatever marketing company you spoke with will play your phone survey back to you. And you will lose then who you going to blame for you calls God or his son Jesus Christ. Because you need to do some studying up on that and stop lying and acting appropriate by knowing what your talking about.

We have been receiving calls from this phone number for years. Each and every time I tell them we are not interested in doing business with them per instructions from the C.E.O. whom is also my direct boss.
Each and every time I get some snarky or rude remark and hung up on.

After being in employed at North American Drilling for almost three years and drinking the Kool Aid and raising money for there well projects stay away from this company it is the most fraudulent company there is. After being terminated for sending customers that were lied to back to the sales men that lied to them at there new locations with full disclosure to the CEO this is what I was doing I was fired. I was fired for it because I was just not going to be cussed and taunted 24-7 even on Christmas by customers who were lied to by other sales people for a company that is scamming the hell out of them. I am now fighting back for wages and to put Gayle Wimberly the Comptroller of the Company in jail where she belongs and Larry Koonce in Jail were he belongs. If you have invested in the Wells from Brown 1A all the way through the Brown 1 comes out to be the past 4 wells your well will never be completed they have spent your money and have no money to complete it. There has been 8 months since the last well the Brazelton 2A well was drilled and completion was taken in and it still does not have completion equipment or money to purchase these items. I mean they can shoot back at me and say disgruntled employee all day long but if that is the case then why are you not completing the wells.  You dont have to believe me at all but ask yourself this if all these wells hit oil would you not want to be out there completing them. The truth is Larry Koonce and Gayle Wimberly have spent your money from everything high dollar Vacuum cleaners to thousands of dollars of Tiddy bar tabs put under phony Itemization codes on accounting spread sheets. I am doing what I can through the proper channels to get the money they disputed and did not pay me even though they were in my office everyday pleading for me to raise more money because they needed payroll. I hate to say that there broke and I have not said anything hoping they would complete the wells because of the people I personally know that I intrusted to this company and invested in these wells but seeing what they have done to me and the time that has passed there is no money left its gone and its a Ponze scheme start  a new project raise money hope you get enough to do go back and finish one well or just pay the payroll. Dont be fooled these people will get what is coming to them they belong in one place and that is jail.

The posting above by "ex employee" is totally false, malicious slander, libelous, and we are pursuing legal action against the author of the posting, Marshall Craig.  Mr. Craig was fired from NADC because we actually caught him stealing from the company and we are pursuing criminal charges against him for theft of company property.  NADC will also be pursuing legal action in civil court against Mr. Craig for his slanderous remarks posted here and elsewhere on the internet.  All of the wells Mr. Craig mentions, except for the Brown 1 which is drilling soon, have been drilled and completed.  North American Drilling Corp is a licensed operator in the state of Texas and is actively involved in drilling oil and gas wells, we are a legitimate company, not a scam or "ponze scheme" as the illiterate Mr. Craig has stated.  We do not own an expensive vacuum cleaner, nor have we been to any "Tiddy" bars, whatever that is, must be a very neat and clean place though.  No, the only person probably going to jail, sadly, is Mr. Craig.  Maybe while he's in there, he can read a dictionary and learn how to spell words correctly.....
