telemarketer annoying repeated calls

Answered, heard what appeard to be a sigh or panting (an obscene call?) and they hung up.

Either the caller ID is spoofed or these people are desperate for investors. This is who the number seems to belong to:

Got this call...came in important on ID as....Visamastercard...how do they get away with that. Of course a person will answer thinking ...well your ID has been stolen! What a jerky company!!!!!

someone called me from this number saying that they were the police, when i told them there were two police officers in my family they hung up.

Got a call at 1:15 on 4/16 in Austin.  Heavy breathing/sigh then hung up

I hate hangups. And, now thanks to 800notes, I know they are a scam and can report them as spam!

they come up under caller id as payson petroleum  the are a credit card processor and are a very argumentive company! ask them to remove me and they continue.

This phone number was spoofed by a telemarketing company, which means they mask their own number with an individual's.  I work for him and have to check his voice-mail multiple times per day. If you receive a call from the telemarketer and get someone on the line, please write down their business information and report it to the FCC and FTC.  There are easy-to-use reporting forms on their websites. Thanks!

Got a call from this number claiming to be a fund raiser for local fire fighters... asking for donations...They were not a non profit group...
