what is the sense of DO NOT CALL REGISTRY for phones if they dont stop these telemarketers from calling us all. i have registered my cell 5 times and they still call....

Phone call at 0819 hrs; no message

I received to calls from this number today. The first call, no one said anything the second call several hours later I could hear a man's voice in the back ground but would not respond when I said hello. The caller ID says call fro Dallas Texas.  I have blocked the number.

Couldn't pronounce my name...they hung up

marketers. called looking for my husband whose name is Gabriel. they asked for Gabrielle!  

Called at5:15 PM. Lots of background noise. Didn't pick up. No message.

12/29 15:11 PST  Called just now, no ID and I didn't answer.  Went through to voice mail and nothing but static left there.  Daren's note is interesting because my late husband's name was also Gabriel.  Don't know anyone in Dallas and believe if it was something important, they would have left a message.

no messages are left.  we've block this number before, but it's a new year and here they are again.

constant calls from this # no message - tele marketing- ridiculous!! Irritating!

They said they were Nations Lending and asked for info. They said they would call back with mortgage loan details they could give me. They never called back. Obviously A SCAM. Don't give them info AND REPORT TO AUTHORITIES

All of these notes are helpful as I have gotten my fourth call, from these scammers, today at 11:18AM est.  I never answer, but they keep trying.  They're calling my landline and also called on 12/18/14, 12/19/14, and 12/22/14, at 12:22PM, 3:19PM, and 2:35PM, est, respectively.  I have no way to block the calls and I don't really want to spend $$ for a call blocker.  Has anyone wondered whether the call blocking companies are making these calls, in the first place?  What a boon for their business!  So, I just ignore the calls and turn down my ringer. The phone companies should take the responsibility for this.  Eventually, they're going to lose all of their landline business.

Three blank voicemails in Dec 2014 and Jan 2015. Phone companies don't care.

I use use Google Voice so I can at least that number blocking will work for good. If you have a decent internet connection, mix it with an Obitalk device and a VOIP 911 service and ditch the phone line. I just set one up for my aunt too

used my minutes on cell which is onthe do not call list- by the way. no message left

I have also been getting calls from this number and they don't leave a message. I am tired of them.

A female called my private work number at which time she tried to confirm my name I agreed I was that person and further stated this was my private law firm number the female apologized and hung up without allowing me another word.  I tried calling the number right back but once it picks up it disconnects the caller.

Do not call registry is a joke.  I have registered 3 times and still get the same calls from the same numbers.  I block them but they still call. I don;t know how they do it but there should be a way to stop this.

That's hilarious! I got one this morning. I let it go to voice mail, then I called it back. It rang 4 times then disconnected me. Someone has too much time on their hands!

Caller keeps calling same time/day of the week each week asking if I would like a better rate on my mortgage. They are not professional and I think they want to collect personal financial information. Likely Fraud.
