Constantly calling morning, afternoon & night, even over the weekend and Sunday.  No bank calls over the weekend especially on Sunday.  The first time thet called  left no message, second call left message re  citibank shell credit card, which I don't have either card.  Also left another number to call (866) 827-9065.  

Appears to be scammers since CITI has no record that my account is current and closed for about a year

THey keep calling us every day.  They say it's citibank card or Citi card.  keeps changing.  Says CTI on the caller ID.
I called them back and they tried to get personal information which I did not give them.  Then they said it was for a Best Buy card.  I said what is wrong with that account and they said, "oh never mind, that must be a mistake, we show the balance is current on the best buy account"

How can I get these people to stop calling my number.  There is no way -no option- to talk to a person. They won't stop calling my phone multiple times every day, for weeks.  I need to get it stopped.  The person they are calling does not live here.

They won't stop calling! I talked to Citi and I am current with my account.

They call 3-4 times every day, despite our being on the no-call list.  I don't and will not answer.

They Call to 'Collect a past due amount' ask for bank account number and check number or some [***]. Say they are from 'Citi' I don't have a Citi card

Constant calls all day long.  I'm on the do not call list and refuse to answer.

Calling many times, I usually don't answer, but I did today.  It was a recording wanting me to enter my zip code so they could make sure they had the right person.  Very aggravating.

They called very early in the morning and left a message claiming to be from Citi in reference to my husband's account...he doesn't even have a Citi account!!

Constantly calling. Caller ID says CITI and the messages always begin with sounds that I am sure are designed to raise you blood pressure and make you nervous.

We don't have accounts with CITI, so we don't answer, but are certainly tired of their constant calling.

Lady is trying to get personal information. I tell her no quit calling but she just keeps on calling.

Might be a legit call. I thought was a scam because I don't have Citi. Turns out my Brooks Brothers Card was sold to Citi. I have auto pay setup and it didn't transfer so bill was unpaid. I got a letter which makes me think these were legit.

Call from "CITI" 972.653.3003 requesting a return call regarding my account. I have no account with "CITI." Bogus call that I'll never return. Let's be careful out there!

I just called 972.653.3003 and got a rep who could hardly speak English and would not connect me with someone in the USA. She would not confirm that this was CITIBANK (official namesake) and asked for the last four digits of my SSN while I was railing on her. Definitely a scam. Don't go there, people!
