"Hang up call" - left no message.

peeps are stupid, told same story to 4 different ass-ociates and they still keep calling, be very careful they wanted me to identify myself by my mothers maiden name,must be idiots that work there, like Mohammad Arsi, Bob Barnett, Shey, and get this one Raquyaa'. Come one people stop calling. I'm gonna get a big loud wistle and blow there eardrums out.

This place calls our business number all day long. When we answer there's no one on the other line it's just dead. They call at least 5-7 times a day.

Problem is they call even after you've made payments so the must not be updating their files very well.

I have received several calls from this exact number, and a few from a very similar number which I suspect is an extension, since the beginning of September. Caller ID shows nothing but the number, and the caller never leaves a message. When I have answered, there is always a pause followed by a voice (usually male, once it was female) asking for a name I can't make out, but which is not even remotely close to mine. After I say that they've got the wrong number, the caller apologizes and quickly hangs up as if it were an innocent mistake, but the fact that they've continued to call makes me think this is some sort of scam. CitiFinancial doesn't have a reason to be calling me, if that's who it is, because I've never had an account with them or used any of their services.

This number is for Citi Financial. They are responsible for Shell or Citgo Credit Cards. They have called me 15 times in the past 8 days, never leaving a message. When I called back, I was directed to call another number to "speak to a representative". There is NO reason for them to be calling me, and I find that many calls to be on the edge of harassment.

I answer the phone and don't say anything. After several minutes of "hello, hello, hello" I laugh and hang up knowing I've screwed up the time metric they have to stick by...!

I get this damn call everyday.  How do you stop it!

I also continue to get calls from this number. I've answered twice and the person stated it was Citi Bank and they ask for a person's name I don't know. I've told them they have the wrong person and to remove my name but they continue to call and hang up.

Receiving daily phone calls in multiple from 972 655 3476. Its been going on for 2 weeks. They never say anything and just hang up after I answer.  Is there a way to block this number on a Verizon cell phone?  or is there a way to file a formal complaint?  This is harrassment.

Calls everyday, all hours, no message.  Not a plug, but I used AT&T's smart limits feature to block this number and other annoying calls. More and more of these since I purchased a house.

I had four missed calls this morning - I called back and the first thing they asked for was my CITI account number. I told her to pull up my phone number, then she asked me to verify a bunch of personal data. I told her I wasn't giving her any information, and demanded to know why they were calling my cell number. She refused further service without the information and I asked for the supervisor. She hung up.  Be careful of the information you give these people if you do manage to get a live person on the line.

these are bunch of idiots, you keep telling them this is a wrong oh, we will make note, an hour later they call back can, you spell stupid, these people sound like the call came from India

I get a call from this number pretty regularly.  They keep asking for a Mark George (not me and not anyone I know or am related to).  I've told them its not his number numerous times and to stop calling.  The last call I got I told them I would file a harrassment claim if they called one more time.  We'll see what happens.

This is Citi Bank, the lovely folks who blessed me for making all my payments on time by RAISING MY INTEREST RATE, and REMOVING ALL AVAILABLE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT! Gee, thanks Citi!
