Received telephone call from 972-725-0016.  Man with American accent asked for the IT Manager.  When I asked who was calling he said his name from IBM.

He hung up while I was checking the number.

6 one-ring calls today.

IT sales call

Female caller asked for a name of someone not at company.  when informed wrong number said well give me sales manager.

Never said why or who they were with.  Refused to leave any information or identify who they were.  Persistent to try to reach the sales manager wanting numbers and times they would be available etc.

Extremely pushy.  Hung up on us when we refused to give them the cell phone number.

Gentleman requested to speak with (name), our companies IT Controller.  I asked for his name - Ryan Clifford - and who he was with - IBM.  I then put him on hold so I could research number.

I informed him she was not available and if I can have his number so she may call him back.  He stumbled around the idea and informed me he was "half-day" today, and he would be out of touch.  No number given.
He asked if he could call back on Monday, that it was real important he speak with her regarding something new they had to offer.
I told him sure, that way I can retrieve more information from our next chat to report here.

A female with attitude asked for IT manager. No reason, no name, no company name. Whatever they are trying to sell, it wouldn't get them too far with that attitude.

American accent, busy call center. Tried the whole, "well, I have his name but I forgot it" routine to try to go to our IT manager.

No name, no company ID

Two calls in one day.

The phone rang 6 times while I was trying to finish up one call to take this number. It disconnected after 6 rings.  I tried calling the number back to see if I could return the favor.  It rang once and then disconnected.
