Its a correctional phone Service

They've left 5 messages claiming I owe them money for calls from a correctional facility in Oklahoma. I know that they're trying to scam me, because I only ever payed for PREPAID calls from my incarcerated friend. There wasn't even ever the option to talk now/pay later, LoL! I smell a rat!

I just arrived to US, I'm from Chile and just received this call from the number asking me to pay a bill.... I never used they services... What can I do in this case?

They call twice a day with bogus claims.

I did online chat and they cleared the balance and closed my account

Hang up! They have hacked legimate prison phone systems! They are also sending emails. Do not give them your credit card info!!! SCAM!

They call me telling me I don't have funds available on my account. I know it a bogus call but it is irritating as HELL! I'm going to block them....

Got a call saying my balance was overdue for an account to receive calls from a correctional facility. Tried to select an option but it just repeated the message. I do not use that company, and my account is paid up to date (I checked online.) SCAM .

I keep receiving calls from this number. Several a day. I don't use them and never have. They MUST STOP CALLING MY PHONE ASAP!! I will hire a lawyer if need be!!

Called saying I owe them money for calls from a correction prison in Texas I just got this number and I don't have any family in Texas .. it's a scam for sure blocking them now

it is a scam from prinston Texas secure corrections billing secure technologies. Com tell me to call back 1800 844-6591. The number they left the voicemail was972 734-1111

They keep calling saying I owe for a bill from Direct TV, I have not had Direct TV for over 2 years, and did not owe them anything.

I accidently posted a debit payment directly to my inmate instead of my advanced prepaid account. Will he know he has the money tp call me because it says my account is blocked

They called me say they would block my calls in seven days and kept calling that week counting the days down. When I call the 800# I have used for years it says in clear to receive calls and still do after the time they said when it would be blocked if I didn't pay. Use the 800# on the website only for anything pertaining to doubts or anything.
