Scam collection agency using illegal tactics to collect on old/out of date debts, typically Online payday loans. They call family and friends, whoever you used as a reference and hound them with scary calls about fraud and jail.  Absolutely none of this is true. Do what I did, call them back incessantly making no attempt to hide your number or your name. They will not report your calls to the authorities as it would bring their actions into question, that's the last thing they want. Keep calling them. When they hang up on you or you go directly to voicemail, leave a silly message. I ready the Bible to them leaving 15-20 messages within a couple of hours. They will relent and block your number from calling them. That's the only thing you can do back to them as no federal or state agency will do anything without 10000-20000 complaints. I kept calling back telling the collector that I was probably their father. They will threaten to do all sorts of things but THEY WILL NEVER CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES.

thank u for calling our family today it really showed us what kind of person she is i would never have belived it if u had not told us u had awarrent for her and that u had PI s gathering our names ( family ) so u could find her wish we could have helped ...I decided to check her record  strange she hasent got any thiing on it so i checked with police ( where you are calling from) and checked with the police her in these counties----nothing so i called  and made a complaint aganist you for lying to me and bothering my family  WHO by the way are not even related to  her..... i also called  the and filed acompaint aganist you....I hope i have your correct name did you say you were barbara jackson.????

Just received this phone call for a family member, I never answer unknown numbers on my cell so it went to my voice mail. They tried their first scare tactic with saying my age along with name, like I care they know my age. Then they tried to tell me said family member had serious allegations made against them and they needed them or their attorney to call asap before she sent the paperwork into the prosecuting attorney. Brooke Jackson from S & A Processing (I think couldn't understand her half the time) is who called.

I received this call twice and they are treating to take me to court cause of a loan I had 5 years ago .. they even called my 14 year old son ...wth ..what can I do about this ?

My son and my husband and a friend of my son's all received calls supposedly from a private investigator and then a woman identifying herself as Brooke Jackson. The supposed pi, who identified himself as Charles Foster, told my husband and my son's friend that there were arrest warrants out for my son due to fraud. The Brooke Jackson said she was with an attorney's office and that my son needed to pay over $300 before 2 PM today by credit card or he would be sued in court. When I told her that I had never known an attorney's office to conduct their business completely over the phone, since there had not been prior notice by mail, she gave evasive answers. I told my son to have her fax something to our office verifying the claim, and all she faxed was a statement stating how much she needed paid. My son was very distraught and I have tried to ease his mind by following up on what smelled like a rat from the get go. She called from (214) 473-4686 and Charles Foster from (972) 646-2036

Happening to us today, 02/05/14. Same name and business name. She became very annoyed, so much that she just hung up, when I told her to fax some verification to me and that we would then verify on our end. Total scam artists.

these people are scum!  .... just had a called from Ms. Cooper. stupid idiots...no information correct and want to serve a arrest warrant. They used another number to call as well to call back. 855-266-4423. Fraud...reporting to authorities. Be aware...

All you have to remember that debt collectors do not have the power to issue arrest warrants and that debt is a civil matter. Make them send you by USPS mail a validation letter to prove you owe the money and make sure they are the owners of the debt. Also check with the state to see if they are even licensed or have a bond to collect debt in your state. Never give out your money without checking these things first.

My Dad received a call from this number today.  They stated that they were calling from the Social Security Administration for me and that they were trying to contact me and that it was urgent..  It was Sharon Cooper that called.  I am reporting this number.  I thought that it was strange that they would call my Dad since Social Security has my cell number, work number and home phone number!

This number called for my daughter stating that they were calling from the Social Security Administration.  Stated her name was Sharon Cooper.  Daughter called and it was a scam.  Believe it was from an old debt.  I do not want them calling my number any more!!

This person called and was asking about someone who I do not know..,

male left a messge never said the person name he was calling about he advise calling from national network.... someone file a fraud case against me and to call 855-266-4423......

These calls are senseless  I have asked them to prove I owe any money on the account they are trying to collect.  There should be something in place to protect consumers from these fraudulent callers.

This is a mess!! A Fraud they are now using Monique Jenkins and M & L Associates.  Please be careful . They are too funny and if you ask the anything about the company such as address they cannot provide you with one.

I received a fax from this so called lawyers office signed by brooke jackson. About a month ago she and a male kept calling me. I was very rude and gave them a piece of my mind. The address they use is university executive drive suite 481 charlotte north carolina. Phone is 855-832-0198. Fax is 972-294-3316. They faxed it too my work. However, there are some words misspelled and they did not use my legal name. I have contacted the local authorities and provided the fax. These people are pathetic.
