got a call at midnight, no one spoke at all, but they also did no hang up.

Got a call 3 times today , one left an incoherent message, didnt answer the other and no one spoke the third time!

Hey....My parents received a call from this number(973-368-9700). The person identified himself as Naveen from COGNIZANT TECHNO SOLUTIONS and want to speak to me about a permanent job opening with Cognizant technology solutions. He Said that he got my number from a portal. He conveyed to my parents that I have to call him back at 973-368-9700 ext 431059.

When I tried calling him back I get a long noise signal.

This is a front number based in New Jersey for a IT company based in India.  I work for a LARGE corporation and was appalled to find our help(less) desk outsourced our work to India.

Called at 11:42pm EST. Sounded like someone breathed once, and then hung up. Very frustrating at this time of night.

They are offshore Indians calling from india

Called twice around 9:30pm.. didn't leave a voicemail.  I picked up the second time and it was a bad connection and a person on the other line was saying "hello?" "hello?" and that was all that was said.. very weird.. i then got a call from +447018.. and it left a voicemail but nothing was on the other end... WEIRD!!!

Sure, it is from Cognizant, Chennai, India. Senseless folks at Chennai! They called at 3:00 AM in the night for an interview that is scheduled for 9:30 PM CST. They left no courtesy voice message or no apology email. There was another incident, in the same week. They called at 4:15 AM in the morning asking for an interview schedule and they were pretty adamant about favoring a convenient time for them and not the callee.

They called at 1:20PM.

They called once - and just breathed on the phone for a second.  They then called again a minute later and we spoke about a job opening.

I had a bit a of a hard time understanding them and they could not understand me at all haha.

They provide customer service for Emdeon, my employer.  The number is a NJ front for the call center based out of India.

called me @ 5:14am on a monday morning...  didnt bother answering...

A lady with a foreign accent called my job looking for someone who doesn't even work here. While I tried to locate the person, she hung up.

The caller was asking me to provide a reference for a friend of mine who had applied for a position with Cognizant technology solutions.  Was an Indian voice and the number he asked me to call back on was 1-973-368-9700, ext. 431029.  I called back and got the recruiter - gave him my reference for my friend, all went well.
