- Rich replies to tra8| 1 replyWARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
- JanCalled my cell phone (which is on DO NOT CALL) at 10:00 am the day after Christmas, 2014. Woman's recorded voice said they were calling about my (unspecified) credit card, which had no problems, but I urgently needed to call them back to lower my credit card interest to 6.something (I hung up).
Then I learned that exactly the same number with exactly the same spiel had called my house guests' cell 45 minutes prior & left a message. My guests' cell is with a different provider. And since my guest has no credit card, that clinches it for me that the call was a scam. Makes me suspicious these creeps can target geographical locations! Really creepy!- Caller: Unidentified "credit card company"
- John replies to RichThe card service scammers WILL 'service' our credit cards, BUT, when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!
- AlOn December 26th, 2014 I received a New Jersey call prompting me to press 2 to lower my credit card interest rate. When I did, a man answered and I asked him what company he was with, and the location. He advised me that he was with Credit Card Services located in Orlando Florida, and they represent several credit card companies. I then asked him if he knew that I was on the Do Not Call List. He responded in a curt and aggravated tone "GO TO HELL' and then promptly hung up on me.

- KaraGot a call from (973) 779-2425 at 10:30am. I was asleep so I missed the call. I tried calling back to see who it was and all I got was a busy signal each time. Reading the above comments, I'm assuming it was the credit card scammers. However, only being 17, I don't own a credit card. So I'm assuming they just call people at random?

- GeneO| 1 replyI believe the company is called Credit Card Services, they say that they can lower my credit card interest rates. It's important to speak because time is running out to take advantage of theirDon't know how they got my cell number. they have been calling house phone. Last conversation I had with them I flipped the script, which infuriated them. Their customer service training did not cover customers going off of the script that they have been trained to spew out. Their HR department needs to cover this in training. Their call turned in to calling me names and not too much positive PR for their company.
- Caller: Credit Card Services
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Bill replies to GeneOIt sounds as if possibly you 'don't get it', that card services are not a legitimate company, but fraudsters!
- Brie| 1 replyThey keep calling me, when I finally answer, the person says they are calling from Windows and that there was an error reported to them form my Windows software on my computer and that my PC is now infected with a virus. The person had a thick middle eastern or indian accent and clearly was reading from a script or something. But as soon as I said, "I don't have Windows..." they hung up. Definitely scammers! My friends don't even have our house landline and I would've never listed it on any accounts, so I knew immediately that it was a scam. Beware!
- Caller: They said Windows
