I think this is BOA calling from the 3rd different number today!  Did not leave a messsage. I paid credit card bill today, 2 days late & they are harrassing me. Different phone numbers with "Card Services" on caller ID started at 8:20AM this morning. No messages ever left.

I have a BOA card, but I never use it.  I originally got it from MBNA who was then bought out by BOA.  But, I use a card from my credit union that has a better rate.  Needless to say, my home phone received two calls from this number on 1/6/10 at 2:03 PM.  Caller ID says CARD SVCS.  2 and a half hours later, my home phone received two more calls from (714) 792-5293 which is listed as Card Servies and can be found on this site with the indication that it is also BOA.

Called twice today.  No message.

it's FIA card services calling on behalf of Bank of America  for credit card services - whether it's because your late with a payment, fraud, lack of use, etc....

This number has called me 3 times since 8 am. No messages, no clue as to why I am getting these calls.  I google it and it comes up as BoA but I'm not late so what do they want??!??!!? BoA is EVIL!!!!!

I've received 40 or 50 calls from this number. Whenever I answer, there's no one on the other end. I don't have a credit card with Bank of America (never have) so I don't know why they'd be trying to call me. If this isn't harassment, I don't know what is.

I saw this number come in on my caller ID yesterday and saw it was BOA.  I check in with them and my account is current.  An hour later they called again and didn't leave a message.  The usual excuse that it's a automatic dailer that they can't fix.  Names get put on it for no reason.

Same here.  More calls from BOA.  Only business I have related to them is I own some of their stock.  Think I will sell it.

I did miss a payment, but I almost never pay late to begin with, and it's only a few days late. I've been a customer for 15 years and it was never anything like this.

One from "Card Services" (did not identify the bank) left a message, so I called back. Yes, it was Bank of America. The fellow was a little short, but not unprofessional and that was fine, but the calls haven't stopped. He did mention about the recent legislation, how they have to contact customers if they're late because they get audited, etc. etc. and that's fine too, but jeez..

I've even paid the card in full and they still call. This is my oldest account, so it would ding my credit a bit if I cancelled it, and honestly I've been very happy with them as a credit card company, but this is too much. I'm going to cancel the *$#(Q*$ thing.

I have received calls from them as well.  I think it is another company wanting to consolidate your credit cards.  They claim they can save you money and lower your payments.  After listening for 30 minute and asking several question, the guy finally tells me what they actually do and how much it will cost me..  They try to convince you that they know who you are and get you to give them all of your credit card numbers.  I started to fall for there scam until they said how they get paid and how much.  They add it to a credit card and claim they are saving you money and reducing your payments.  Did not do it though.  Contacted mt credit card people and they said that wouldn't call like that and make such an offer.

First, when they call you, the number is dialed automatically, then is transferred to a person when you answer. That is why it takes a couple seconds (+/-) of you saying "hello?  hello?" before someone comes on.  Sometimes the call gets dropped during the transfer.

They are a collection agency that contracts for many different credit card companies.
There are many of these agencies.

We have been getting calls about every 2 weeks for about 2 months for my spouse's former roommate,
who has not lived here for over 13 years.  I have asked them over and over to remove our phone number.

I have called their customer service number at 800-655-1491 to have the number removed.
They were very nice, but said they had no record of our number in their system.
I am writing a letter to them at the address the last caller gave me:
