Confirmed to be a outbound number for users calling through Skype.

This number called our business two times demanding help with a bogus case number and began to get irate to the point I hung up.  He called back and I had my associate answer and he started in again and then hung up on my associate.

This number called our company helpdesk 2 times last night.... we explained we were calling the police and they hung up... They were using a stupid sound board.

This number has been calling our business multiple times a day to harass our colleagues. They don't have anything appropriate to say. Someone should definitely be reporting the inappropriate behavior to the police, or better yet, their parents.

Did the calls stop?  We are getting them also

This person has been calling our company multiple times per day impersonating a physician, not very well might I say, stating he needs help.  With all the personalities he's displaying during the recorded calls, he does need help, psychiatric help.  He's using all kinds of foul language, is difficult to understand and is harassing our consultants.  We will be following up with the authorities; according to several resources, there are civil and criminal ramifications for impersonating a physician.

They're using Skype for making fraudulent calls, report it!

This number called our Center today wanting us to help kill her baby. Not sure where to report her...can anyone help?

Call my cell, couldn't understand a word said, looked up number, somewhere in newark new jersy.

Got a call from this number asking for someone who worked here. I told them he was out and he called me a liar and it went downhill from there. Then they called back and started again. They also called from this number 661-380-4739 and a third number at the same time. They spoke broken English and sounded like they were of Indian or Middle Eastern decent. I told them I was calling the police. Have not heard back.

They called my credit card company repeatedly.

A person from this number contacted our company and pressed #1 to get an interpreter. Then they would say really disgusting things to the interpreter would then have to say them.

Skype trunk line...you can never trace who or where the call came from. That is why ppl use it for prank calls and worse for fraud

This number has called my company AuralSolve Inc. twice so far, once on October 1, 2011 at 11 am, and again on October 2, 2011 at 10:20 pm. Each time I picked up the telephone, there was complete silence and after a few seconds, I heard a busy signal.

I've tried numerous times to call 973-855-3465 myself, but each time I call the number, I also get a busy signal.

Clearly, whomever is calling from that number is indeed a scam artist, and I'm going to call my telephone company right now to have that number blocked and blacklisted.

Thanks to everyone posting concerning this number.  My business phone shows a missed call from this number at 3:43/am CST - no message left.  It appears that whoever is calling and abusing peoples personal and business phones have decided to call at very early morning hours.  It's obviously intentional prank or not.  Number will now be blocked on my system.  Thanks again to everyone posting.

Received a Voicemail from this number.. just random sounds..

This person got ahold of my Debit card info and made frudulant purchases on the internet. The shipping address was in Orlando Fl. but phone number 973-855-3465 on the order came back to Newark NJ. Beware!

this person called the business and left an inappropriate message on the voice mail.
