called and left message, I did not pick up. Bad Indian accent, hard to understand, it sounded like this is what they said, "Hi, this is Erica calling for the web site webprinting.com. I will call you back later, thanks". Put them into blocked numbers. The web site, if I heard it correctly, is currently archived and not active.

calls 3 times a day. no company name.

I received a call. No message left. I called the number and it was a company called WebClinics that was following up on an internet query that I had made. Very professional and helpful.

called left no message and I assure you, I made NO inquiries that needed follow up. telemarketers... :(

Got a call, picked up and a woman asked for me by first and middle name (which is weird because in the U.S. only close friends know my middle name) when I said "speaking" they hung up. I called the number back and a recording just said to leave my name, number and message. Caller ID said Newark, NJ.
Does anyone know who they are?

I got a call from this number too. 19738780785, Newark, NJ,  I called back and it just said, "Leave a message after the tone" beeep.  Hm not sure who that was, I've blocked that number. It is better than receiving, "Unknown" I get that almost every day!

This number was used in connection with an inquiry I made to a plastic surgeon in Taiwan.  It looks like it is a number they use to be able to contact people in the US at a discounted rate.

Call several times every day. Leaves no message and when I call back, no answer or VM option to leave a message​. I have been advised to never return calls received from unknown phone numbers that do not leave a voicemail. Works for me. THEN block the number.

That's very good advice. Never call back unknown numbers unless they leave a voicemail detailing who they are, who they are calling for, and why they are calling.

Just FYI, many spammer's forward their number which is worse, especially if it's a 900 number. Happened​to me.
