This is Artech Information Systems L.L.C. They are a recruiting company out of NJ. Artech called me about a position, but left no message, but did e-mail me about the position.

It is very hard to understand their recruiting personnel.

    Creepy Voicemail
I received a phone call from this number & they left me a voicemail.  Despite the fact that the message was very choppy, I was able to clearly hear only two words and the guy sounded very creepy.  He reminded me of a sex predator.

This is a recuiting firm out of NJ. They called me and left a message about a job opening and then followed up with emailing a job description to my email. They get your info from one of the job posting boards.

This is indeed Artech, a recruiting firm.  My girlfriend worked under contract for them, had trouble getting paid, W2s were late and they are difficult to get a hold of.

Received call, no message left but here is the company. They have operations in India, which probably explains the choppy, confusing calls.

I got a call from 973-993-9383 Artechinfo systems from a man (heavy accent), said a client of theirs needed a tech writer with AT&T.  I called back several times with no answer. I finally hit the option for their recruiting office and left a message with a "recruiter".  When the guy called me back, he claimed he'd been trying to get a hold of me to speak to me about a one year contract they have with AT&T, I would not get any benefits unless I wanted to "buy" them from their company, etc., etc.  The guy had send some pushy emails and was pushy on the phone. Seems fishy that a company's recruiters are personnel with accents that are hard to understand.  A company doing work in the United States should have recruiters that not only be easily understood but are not so pushy...i.e., "I've been sending you emails and waiting for you to get in touch with me" with a snitty, condescending attitude.

    Annoyed
Got a call from them today on my cell phone- I kept saying "Hello" but only heard background noise. Called back and got and answering machine from Artech- question is- if they want to talk to people so badly, why don't they speak when you say "Hello", leave a message, or answer their phones? In case anyone is interested their website is www.artechinformation.com

    Also received a call

Oh man, so can they get anything from the last 4 digits of our SS number?  I also received a call and they offered me a 1 year contract with Motorola. Nonbenefited.  The man also had a heavy accent and pressured me into revising my resume and copy and paste some of the  info he sent on the e-mail.  Going to look up the company here to see if the lead is a good one.
Thanks for the info.  Should have known  most recruiters do not presure you  into quickly changing your resume huh?  DUH!

I also gave them the last 4 digits of my social for a specific position.  Did you have any problems with that?  I have been unemployed for several months just trying what ever I can to get a job..  Didn't think anything about it until I saw this posting

I receieved a call as well first it wan an email I responded to then they phoned me an Indian sound man with a heavy accent claiming to be a recruiter and had a temp 3 month position at Pfizer. I sent the resume and 2 references but that is all. I also called back the number and spoke with an operator at 973-967-3497 the recruiter's name is Vishal Saxena. I have already decided not to forward any ssn numbers or date of birth which is not hard to get with the internet. I am just getting back on my feet so let them try to use my identity if they want trust me hey will give it back...
