The caller said they are "Toyota Financial". I didn't ask for this call.

they were marked as unknown in the morning, then they would not stop calling me all day. i answered one time and told them this was not the person they were looking for and they are still calling. Also when i called back it said out of service.

Some keeps calling me every hour with this number but they don't say anything when I answer. How do I stop them calling me?

has called `5 times this week looking for someone to who i ask for her identity; who is dcalling;they refuse to say and start questioning . Finally last night at 8opm i told her that the pwerson doesnt live here and i have already told her and to stop calling. again, that number called at 11am.
She refuses to identify herself and calls non stop

There are several things you can do here because they are in violation of the FTC law of Harrassment and Abuse Section 803(5).  You can send a letter to the creditor and the FTC using the following form letter http://www.privacyrights.org/Letters/debt2.htm.  or you can pick up the phone and tell them that they are violating the above law.  They will probably tell you that it is an automatic dialer, but it is harrassment still the same.

Calls from this number come in on my phone several times a day at all hours.    When you search reverse lookup on anywho.com nothing is found like it is a cell phone.  If you click the search public records link it says it is a residential number in Manchester, MA.  When I called it back it says the number is not in service.  This leads me to believe it is an automatic dialer.  Probably a collection call.  I might be more apt to answer the phone if they disclosed who they were that was calling.  As far as I am concerned if they want to call repeatedly and not leave a message on my answering machine then it is not important.  A reputable company would leave a message and disclose who or where they are calling from.  If this really is Toyota Financial Services you might think that they could say that and leave a message.

For two weeks I have received non-stop calls from this number (1-978-224-2256) I refuse to answer, and they leave no message.

1-978-224-2256 hour on the hour today..the person would not say what it was in regards to.. so the next time they call i am going to answer as  DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE of manhattan we will now PRE-SCREEN this nuisance call  or disclose to us your crimanal case file number for the proper casesquad.our system records indicate numerous calls from  this number at this juncture according to  penal code 911-7735   you must comply with who you represent.investgative staff will court order  your phonerecords and physicall location.we may have an agent in the field in your area come to your office. we take all threats seriously against our country you have stepped out of normal guidelines for telephone solicitations and are mor like casing our federal building.

it is toyota financial services and it's due to a late payment for auto lease. trust me

if you would be so kind to pay your lease or loan payment on time with toyota financial services, they wouldn't be calling you. i happen to know a broke,no money makin,no job havin without the help of in-laws gettin this person a job so this person can pay for the rented house he rents from mother in law cause this person is white trash week to week living( renting) bumb that keeps this problem # in service with the month to month late payments with 2 leased soccer mom vehicles

I keep getting these calls and they ask for me by my first name.  They do not disclose who they are until after you tell them it is you.  It is Toyota Financial Services and they are pestering people for late payments.  I guess everyone need money these days and banks are hungrier than ever to collect.

I have been receiving  calls daily from this same number.  Also,  I find it hard to believe it is Toyota Financial because I don't own a damn toyota nor do I have a loan through them.  The two times I've answered there is first a choppy recording then some one illiterate comes on and the connection is so bad I can barely here them.  It sounds like the lady is asking for Denata something or other.  I told her to quit calling me or I would be calling the police.  I also tried to call the number back and received a recording that the number is not in service.  I tried to search and it is just listed as a Mass. number.
