I've been getting automated calls from this number for over a year. When I called them and asked them to stop the calls, they said that they could not do that. This time, I asked to speak to the supervisor after being refused, and she said that she would have the calls stopped - after I threatened to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office.
They seem a bit understaffed (on hold for a few minutes, lot of automated stuff) and told me automated calls are something YOU can turn on or off if you have a profile on their website http://express-scripts.com/ which is a helpful thing to do since checking on your order is faster on the website than the hold time. They do use some kind of super-economy mail service that took at least 4-5 days to ship from PA to MA which is usually 2
The number belongs to a legitimate company called Express Scripts. They fill prescription drug requests. They use recorded messages from this number to confirm shipment of medication.
yes, this is the automated call from express scripts telling you that your meds have been shipped. They are calling my number becuase it is the number that I set up in my profile. If someone mistaking put your number in thier profile, I'm not sure that express scripts would be able to correct that.
I have been receiving calls from this number for over a year. I have contacted Express Script and asked that the calls stop. I have called the phone company and asked for help, but since it is a long distance call they cannot stop them. The phone company directed me to the state's attorney general's office, which said that they couldn't help me without the company address, which I found on this web site, linked from other complaints about Express Script with a similar number. 7571, instead of 7572, it's the same company and same message, though.
This is definitely Express Scripts and they were calling to confirm our auto-order had been shipped. It was a pleasant voicemail message in a computer-like tone. When I phoned them over the weekend to originally find out the status of my order, they told me I would receive a computer generated message when the prescription was shipped. I don't think this number would call for telemarketing items. Originally though, they did have a number for me that wasn't mine. If you do not have prescription service through this company, I would go to their website, www.express-scripts.com and find their toll free number, call them and tell them that you don't have their coverage and you're receiving unwanted calls. My experience with them was wonderful and I am the first to knock a customer service department for poor quality. If they can possibly do a phone number lookup based on your number, I'm sure they would and remove it from the file. Hopefully they'd find the right customer name and contact them via mail to get an updated phone number.
thanks, that was the best answer to the question I have found. The Express Scripts company has some real problems in their system. They said they would remove my number from their call list. Anyone else having the problem call 800-332-5455 and report the error.
Express Scripts is legitimate US based mail order pharmacy. They make automated calls about the status of your prescription order. Unfortunately, customers too often give a wrong number by mistake. These calls used to come from an 800 number. However, Express Scripts may now have contracted out their call service in which case it is possible that the service provider may call for other companies from that number.
I think "annonymous - 8 Apr 2008" is an express scripts employee. Just rear the paragraph. There is no 800 number on their website. The number to call to get them to stop is 1-800-451-6245.
We received two calls in the past week. This is legitimate; we have ordered 90-day supplies of pills; Express Scripts calls us once to acknowledge receipt of our order, and again to say it is filling the prescription. For us, this is helpful feedback; we are able anticipate more closely when to receive the prescriptions in the mail.
This is the Pharmacy that our Insurance plan uses for perscription refills, they are professional if you not on there plan its a input error i guess. call them they will probably fix it
We repeatedly get calls from this number, as well as 7570, 7571, 7573, and 978-712-3901. Yes, Express Scripts is a legitimate company. I like their services, but that is not the issue. It's whether or not you want to be notified by phone or e-mail. I used to get e-mail notifications, and that is what I want. I NEVER indicated that I wanted to get phone calls. I have repeatedly requested that all messages be sent by e-mail. I've spoken most recently to a supervisor and a tech. rep. All my records - theirs and mine online - show that I want e-mail notices. But the phone calls DON'T STOP! They are VERY annoying to us. They come from a call center in Beverly MA which I can't seem to locate. Any ideas?
I have called Express Scripts a dozen or more times since the Fall of 2009 trying to get my number removed from their automated calling list. I have been told it has been removed and even got a call from their Tech Department ensuring me that my number has been removed from their system. I am not nor have I ever been a client of Express Scripts. I continue to receiving unwanted automatic calls advising me of their receipt of my order, shipping status of the order, etc.
