Received call says Lawrence, MA on CID was on other line and didn't p/u in time called it back. Recording says if you want number on DNC list press 1. I pressed 1 and it stated it takes at least 48 business hours which in my language means 6 days (48 hrs / 8 hrs = 6). There was nothing else said so I'm blocking them as well since I don't know of any companies that I personally deal with from Mass.

Unsolicited pre-recorded message left on my voicemail about trying to lower my interest rates. Never said the name of the company. Blocking now.

Left no message. Call was from Lawrence, MA.  As a mother of a deployed service member, it frightens me each time I get one of these calls from an unknown caller.

Called my DNC Cell, did not answer, have blocked now thanks to member input, thanks

I just got call blocker for my land line, my cell got this call and I can block them from it..BLOCKED! No message, I did not answer.

Called my cell 11/02/2015 at around 1420.  Asked if I wanted to reduce my CC interest rate press 1, so I did, and told them I do not pay ANY interest rate on our CC never carry a balance, cell phone number was on the DO NOT Call State and Federal lists an I was going to report them.  Put that number on my phone Block list.

Called my cell 11/02/2015 at around 11:50 AN (PST). Asked if I wanted to reduce my CC interest rate press 1. ...I hung up immediately.

Got a call from this number asking if I wanted to lower my cc rate. Asked me for my cc # to verify my identity. Lol. Yeah right. 😳

Another call with no message left.  CID indicates Lawrence MA.  I never answer calls that just put a City and State as their ID as almost all are spam calls.  The number is now on my blocked list.

Recorded message asking if I wanted to reduce CC rates (press 1). After pressing 1, connected to a person right away. I asked what company they were with. Response was "Credit card Services". I asked "Ok, what is the name of your copmany? He told me I wasn't listening and repeated himself. I replied, "Ok, which credit card?" The person got angry at me, and claimed "Chase, Master card, Visa, American Express, Wells Fargo, and BofA". I told them that nobody does that, and to never call again. He hung up... lol - Blocked.

just got this call too and I did not answer it only stated Lawrence MA on caller ID

just called me at 4:15 on 11/2/15 asking me to read my credit card number to him.  i said "you should have my number already and if you want to lower my credit card number, just do it!".   i asked for a number to call them back at and they refused.  it's a scam.

Call was from Lawrence, MA. They called me twice in a row and never left a message.

Got the same call. Did not answer and no voicemail was left.

This is exactly the same conversation I had with them. They wanted to lower my CC interest rate. They would not give me a company name or Call back number.

Just had a call from this number telling me that I owed $32,000 to American Express.  Very foreign accent but his name was "Albert" and told me that I had to go to the bank right now and get the money out or the police would come to get me.  I told him that I have never had an AmEx card and asked for the card # which he just starting spitting numbers out very fast.  Seeing that I was at work and able to look up the first few # of each AmEx card, advised that he was full of it and then he hung up!  Wish these companies would just stop the harassment!

Claimed to be from "Card Member Services," and offered to lower my interest rates on my credit card.
Caller had a thick accent, sounded British-Indian, and there was a lot of noise in the background.
I asked "Which credit card is this for?" and the caller said they work with Citi, Visa, and American Express.  They asked me "to confirm my account" with my credit card number, which I of course refused to give them.  I also asked them to e-mail me details, which they said they would, but never did.  Smells like a scam.

SCAM FOR YOUR CC INFO. Recording - Heather from Account Services with an offer to lower your credit card rate, press 1 for info ...Pressed 1, heard background noise full of people talking all at the same time. I said hello numerous times over a few minutes. Hung up the phone several times with no disconnect of the call.  My phone rang back and a man with a very thick Indian accent, Jeff with Credit Card Services ID# 1030. He asked me if I had a Visa card, I said I might. He said I had more than a $3500 balance on the card.  I said really, where did you get that info? CLICK (he hung up.) I called the phone # back using *67 and got the recording "if you'd like to be placed on the Do Not Call list please press 1" - I hung up.
