Optima health "reminders" about important health care issues. This is an invasion of privacy.

This is the second call from this number 978 533 2698.

They say they are Optima Health with an important health information and to call back a different number.  1 855 231 7875.  Something off about all this!

recorded msg. say it's optima health. not true!

they left a different call back # and I have optima....an eight hundred # would be used with a " live " message...not an unprofessional , recorded one! block it and report it !

Says it is Optima. I had to call a different number back. It asked for my phone number to continue with the phone recording. I called Optima myself and they said I had no reminders, but it could be there automated service calling. I would rather they did not do this with so odd phone scams today.

They called my cell phone twice.  Left two messages.  Said it is Optima Health calling with an important message regarding my health care.  The call back number they give, I believe, is specific to the organization through which you have insurance.  In my case I am insured through my employer.  

I called the member services number on the back of my Optima card.  The representative assured me that the phone call was legitamately from Optima.  I called the callback number given and Optima is just notifying me I am due for a check-up and I should follow up with my doctor.

They may be required to do this with the new health care laws, but I agree that it seems fishy at first to receive a recorded message on a cell phone.

In all the years I have been insured under Optima, this is the FIRST time I have received a call like this.  It is a robo call - reminding to be sure to 'take care of your health' - once you answer that you have a doctor, the call is over.  DUH - they already KNOW in their records I have a doctor - because I have to have a primary care physician.  WASTE OF A PHONE CALL!!!!!

Something is "off" here.  I don't care who's calling.   If I don't recognize your number----you are completely ignored and/or blocked.    Too many scams out there
