Annoying calls followed by an even more annoying voice recording which doesnt say who or what they are or are calling about.

Just got my new prepaid T-Mobile To Go cell yesterday, ten minutes later I get a call from this number and have had 20+ calls since.  When I answer it says "please stay on the line for an important message" and repeats over and over.  I hung up because I have to pay for my cell minutes now, so I find this incredibly annoying to stay on the phone and wait.  I made sure to put this new number on the "Do Not Call List" ASAP, but it won't take effect for 48 hours.  I just wonder how they got this number so quickly... did T-Mobile send them an alert the second my phone was activated??  Or are they just dialing sequentially hoping some idiot will actually answer and hang around waiting for the "important message"??

This person - he says his name is George Sims - called my son's home from this number. Won't say more than it's 'personal business' for my son. He left a number to call back: 800-932-4491. THAT number resolves to:
