    I Know they are very very annoying it is like of we wanted ANYTHINg from our health insurance we would let them know and to stop harassing me!!!

    I used the service when quitting smoking.  They were very friendly and supportive.  It's really just an added benefit if you need it but they really don't need to solicit for it.
