This number calls several times  a day leaving no message.
We are on Do Not Call Lists so why are they calling us?
We report them each and every time they call.
This madness needs to stop.  Sad, that the telemarketers/scammers have more rights than consumers.
It is just so irritating the amount of calls we get on a weekly basis, sad.  You would  think that with all the modern technology there is out there, there has to be a way to stop them or disable their phone systems when they call numbers on the Do  Not Call Lists.
It is interesting how a lot of these so called "telemarketers can change their numbers or "ID" so quickly.

several calls in past few days...no message...and I totally agree with the post above - we too are on the do not call list and over 90% of the messages on our machine are from 800 numbers that leave no message and are obviously telemarketers......one that I researched was a reported scam also.  it goes beyond annoying.

We got a call from this number today at 7:23 pm and didn't answer because the caller ID was UNKNOWN NAME. No voice mail message was left. When I called back I heard a recording that it was the March of Dimes. Charities are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry. I question the legitimacy of the call if they don't identify themselves. They have been added to our call blocker.

This number called several times in the past few days, this morning at 7:35 AM.  Obviously they have no concern for the law or for people's privacy when the have to call this early in the morning.  They don't have the courtesy to at least leave a message.  When I find out who it is, perhaps I will start calling them at 6 AM.  But then I guess I would be no better than they are.

I know that charities are exempt from the "do not call list", but there are way too many calls being made from them, at all hours of the night and day.

I am also getting calls EVERY DAY from t.his number. It is so annoying agree with those above that this has got to stop
It said the number on my caller ID, so I called this number back and they said  "March of Dimes ".I do not believe that the
March of Dimes would do this, it has to be a scam. Of course when I called this number I hung up after I found out who
it was. I also am on the Do Not Call List and I still get these calls.

They called again today, June 17, 2014, at 9:51 am. It was blocked by our call blocker because they called last month. The caller ID was still UNKNOWN NAME. As I wrote then, when I called back I learned that it is the March of Dimes. Perhaps they don't identify themselves because they think few would answer if they knew who they were.

Caller ID "Unknown Name"  Rang twice then hung up.

This number has done this a lot lately, ring twice then hang up.

How about trying not calling at all?

They called again today at 1:48 pm, and the ID was still UNKNOWN NAME. I previously wrote that the number would be added to our call blocker, and it was. I highly recommend getting such a device to avoid these annoying calls.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
    Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit your favorite sales site.
    http://gg.gg/blockers

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
    * Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
    * Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
    * If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

We got a call from this number on May 22 at 7:23 pm, June 17 at 9:51 am, July 1 at 1:48 pm, and again today, July 2, at 2:57 pm. The caller ID was always UNKNOWN NAME. A legitimate charity should identify itself, but as I previously wrote, they probably don't because few would answer if they knew who they were. I believe charities should seek donations in ways other than via phone calls. After the first call the number was added to our call blocker.

We got a call again from this number on July 3, and it was again blocked by our call blocker. They are apparently slow learners.
