They will not respond when I answer.   I called the number and had no response after 31 minutes of hold music.

Received a call from 980-265-6542  11/15/2012 @ 9:30 A. M.  Answered call,  but no one acknowledged on other end, and after 30 seconds they hung up. Did not attempt to call back as I see it as a  waste of time.

No one there when I answer on numerous occassions. Appear they are calling daily. Called the number back  and just get hold music.

I got a call from this number while I was in bed for the night.  Nobody on the line.  One day they called twice. I wished I knew how to stop them from calling.  I'm suppose to be on the no-call list.

When they answered  and they were collecting for the Police Chiefs Association.  I hung up..

I also had a call from this number..I did not answer the phone...There was no message. I also thought I was on the Do Not Call list.
what more can I do???

We get calls from this number several times a day.  We have caller ID and always see their number.  We are on the Do Not Call Registry but it does not seem to do any good.  These people are a nuisance!!!

Please stop calling our number..it is REALLY annoying. We have caller id and will never answer you so dont bother calling. (505 466 1935) Please remove our number from your list.

When we got home after a couple of weeks, we had more than one call per day from 980-265-5542 warning us of identity fraud.  Return call obviously bounced from one number to another--then no response.

I am so sick of dropping what I am doing to run to the phone and find out it is from this number!!! No one answers you. I guess the Do Not Call Registry doesn't stop cell phone calls.

Stop calling

This number is calling 2-3 times a day starting 9-11 in the morning to 9 at night with over 12 calls recorded in the last week alone. No one is on the line if  I pick up and try to request that they stop calling.

Caller ID just shows a dot - No message anytime they call.

I think I didn't start getting crazy calls until I went on the National Do Not Disturb List...

Called twice this morning - once at 8:19 am with an "Out of Area" designation, then again at 9:05 am with a "'NC Call" designation.  The first call did leave a very fast spoken 800 number in a male's voice.  My assumption is that it is either a scammer or collector.  And, I absolutely agree with Ed.
