Card services. I pushed 9 and some woman wanted to know if I wanted to lower interest on my credit card.  I asked her what bank she was from and she said she was not from a bank.  I asked how she knew I had credit card and she said I would not be getting call if I did not have credit card.  I told her I did not have card/cards and I was reporting her to FTA.

I received 3 calls from this 980-272-0794 within the same morning of Nov 14, 2014.  I ignored them.  Thanks to Mandy who identify them as Card Services.

I have had several calls from this number--but have not answered as I did not recognize the number. Glad to know it is Good Old Card Services that "wants to lower my credit rating." I won't bother to answer it--and I will turn the number in to DNC list.

Got call from this number the 18th @3:55pm, no one there just held line. I said hello 3 times and nothing. Hung up called it back and kept getting the can't complete as dialed recording after long pauses.

They have called me 12 times today. When I pressed 8 to talk to the person on line to tell her that this was a company number, she hung up.

Stop calling this business number.

Am tired of three to four times a week these idiots calling.  how can they be stopped?

"Out of Area" caller ID with message about lowering interest rates on credit cards.  

I just noticed that I got a call from them today (Nov. 25, '14).  Whenever I get a call like this from someone whose number I don't recognize, I immediately put them in my cell phone where there is an option for whoever calls me to go straight to my voice mail (I put them in my address book as telemarketers and the option is go straight to voicemail).  First, of course, I look them up on this site to confirm that they indeed are.  Sure has prevented me from getting the many calls I used to get!  

I had a call on my phone from them today.   I signed up on the Do Not Call list about three weeks ago.  I am getting more telemarketer calls now then before........I usually just ignore the call.  They never leave a message.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Received call with credit rate reduction offer, I presumed for mortgage, but from above it appears for CCs.  Going on my Pending to be placed on Selective Fwd'n list is they call again.

They are at it again.  I have received calls from them in the past.  I decided to answer yesterday's.  I told her as soon as the spiel started to not call me again, that I knew they were scammers--and hung up!  It is the credit card scam--just a different number.  They evidently have LOTS of phone numbers to use--or are using computer generated numbers to make look as though they do.

Usually a round or two from a VERY large caliber weapon has been found to be HIGHLY effective.
