This number called today claiming to be the local courthouse. But number listen as being in Charlotte, NC and a number connected to India. That a long ways from Minnesota.

These people need to stop trying to harrasa and scare people out of there money. It's a damn shame with the tactics they try to use.

Have tried several times to get me to send them money DONT they are debt collectors trying to scam you.

I received a call today from Jessica she left two voicemails within one minute of each other. I called back and she gave me some random payday company name. I'm not an idiot. I told her that she could have the company that claims that I owe them contact me, but until then dont call my number. She threatened to have two uniformed officers sent to my home or my place of work if I didnt comply. I told her to kick rocks. I know who my debtors are and you nor the company you claim to represent are one.

I got a call from these people today. It was interesting and the guy started going in. I asked for their physical location and he said NC. He asked me why was I asking for this information. I told him that this was the beginning of the my complaint to the FTC. He was about to get ramped up but I am a focused person and said expect to get served from my lawyer soon.

Recieved a call from someone twice once saying they needed a former employee to call them and made it sound like a legal matter that was urgent told them he did not work for us. Call again yesterday after two months again stating the same I told them again he did not work for me and to remove my number

They have now called me 5 times today.  Don't identify themselves.  Looking for someone else.  Told them this has been my phone number for over 15 years and does not belong to the said individual.  Told me I was lying that I was the person.  Told them I was not and whom they were speaking to.  Told me that according to their FBI report, this is said individuals phone number.  Told them it was not and to check her records.  Sat and tried to argue with me.  Told them to stop calling immediately or I would report them to the FCC and police and hung up.  Called right back and I told them I am filing a police report and hung up while lady on phone trying to argue with me.  Waited a half hour and called back again.  Didn't answer first call.  Answered second call and simply stated a complaint has been filed with the FCC and not to call back.  If they call again, just going to have their number blocked.

keep getting phone calls today from 980-321-9500 claiming I am a reference to my daughter and she is to be summon, and so on... I hanged up on their call, then they called again. I said stop calling me, I have nothing to do with  my daughter that is on her own, age 29 and to stop calling me, that I will report them for harrament, he said he will continue calling me, he will not stop. when I hanged up he called 3 more times, until finally gave up.. this is too much and when they leave a message they say alot of personal information of the person pertaining to the complaint, etc... they need to be stopped.

Claims to be working for a lawyer. I asked for there federal id number and they hung up.

I was just told to have 2 forms of I.D. ready as I was about to be arrested at home or place of business.

Same as all of the others!!! He told me that I was going to get arrested! Ughh.. How do we stop them?

I received a phone call from this company claiming that they r a law firm and that they are trying to collect on a debt from a payday loan that I've already paid off and when i told them hat i was going to fax over some information they kept going on and on and telling me that it has not been paid and that they r still going to have me served at my job and I knew that they were a scam cause they claim to work for the court house and i called the court house and they have no knowledge of these people. Claiming that I'm going to jail and they will have be served with 2 uniformed officers which is a LIE!!!!!! This company is FRAUD AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!

I received a call from this so called associate..told me i owe them $740.50 with a loan from MYI DIRECT..telling me they are gonna charge me for fraud and a bounced check!....i asked him to fax me the documents and he actually did!...lol!...I googled this company with the address 7209 E. WT Harris BLVD NC, 28213...and this company went out of business!..WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE??!!...THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!

A guy got on the phone and just started talking about he was going to send a courier to my place of employment. I asked him Sir what are you talking about then of course he said hold on let me send you to my supervisor. Then he tells me I owe Kenwood Services and I know for a fact I paid those people over two years ago. This is not the first time they have called its always someone different. As usual I ask too many questions. Name of the business, location city and state, and a name. Last time I asked for a physical address the lady like to have had a fit. I dont know how they get our information but someone needs to stop them.

I recived a call from 980-321-9500 stating I had bounced checks and was going to have a warrant issued in a few days. This is they second call from the same company I know this because they referenced a call I had recieved about 3 months ago from a different company about the same issue.I did ask for documnets to be sent however they are very plain, information on the company letter head, they could not provide me anything thing else. I worked for the bank they said I had bounced checked at so believe me I would know if there were issuse. These calls are scary and someone needs to stop these peopele.

There are federal laws in place about this type of call. It is harrassment and against the law. You can record the calls, jot down time of day, name, address etc from the caller and file for free with your state Attorney General's office. Also contact the FTC....they cross state lines when they call. Good luck.

Received two calls from this number claiming to be some guy from Firestone Legal Associates looking for a woman name I don't recognize. This number has been mine for 12 years and never had anyone by this name associated with it. I told him he had wrong number. Then later this afternoon I find a message on my voice mail with a DIFFERENT phone number attached, some woman named Latoya says I need to call her back at that number, but when I call that number it rings back to Firestone. Told the guy who answered the number that I dont' want to hear from them again. SCAM. Something fishy, caller ID shows different numbers.
