Number 985-635-4633 was seeking a 'Janie Mallory' (sp) with my listed number. I believe this is a collection agency, but I am not sure as the caller would not disclose any details after clarifying that our number was not associated with the person they were seeking.

Robo call. Looking for my ex sister-in-law.  Her and my brother have been divorced for over 10 years.  It's been about that long since I've seen her.  Knowing her history, it's some collection agency calling everyone in the phone book with the same last name trying to find her.

I keep getting robocalls looking for someone named "Jenny Davis".  Davis is my maiden name, but I've always hated the diminutive "Jenny".  I've always gone by either "Jen" or, more commonly, "Jennifer".  Therefore, I've never used "Jenny" to apply for credit cards, loans, anything.  I get to the point where the robocall says "If you are not Jenny Davis, please press 2".  I press 2, and then it says "if you need more time to bring Jenny Davis to the phone, please wait while we transfer you to a live operator."  That's the point where I lose patience and hang up.

Received call from this number this morning leaving no message.  Called it later and man answered with "Hello, may I help you?"  Had phone on mute just listened to him.  Thought I would return the favor.   Have been getting calls from all over the country.  Keeping accurate log of all and when the time is right, will strike like a rattlesnake. LOL  Have a good one all and thanks for this site and posters.

Received a robo call looking for Jennifer Garcia. After answering all of the automated questions regarding Ms. Garcia to indicate I was not her and that this was a wrong number, I was then transferred to a live operator who continued to grill me about whether or not I knew Ms. Garcia. After several attempts to talk to his supervisor he hung up on me.

Received a call from this number, no name on the caller ID, so I didn't pick up. They repeated "hello?" to voice mail for several seconds. No further information, but I haven't had a credit card or past due account in more than 10 years.

Some of you clowns need to pick up your phones if these are wrong numbers and let someone know.  But you would rather get on a blog and moan about it.  There is no one on a blog that can help you.  Welcome to socialism people because you are too lazy to get off your behind and take care of your business.

to "unbelievable"  what makes you think the people that are posting here are "lazy". or that these are so called wrong numbers?  its some a$$ with nothing better to do than to call and scam people.  its a real pain when you get these calls day and night.  I have all my numbers on a "do not call list" and it does nothing.  We get these calls at our business office too.
