Received calls from this number 4 times.  when you answer it starts ringing on the other end.

Angry Call Recipient, there are some very diversely skilled people that may work out a way where we can provide that service for you. We too, hate these maggots and think they need to learn some very tough lessons. Much worse than you can dish out. We are tracking them down and will find affiliates nearest them to reeducate them in proper telephone use and courtesy.
