I just called it back and they said something about being a organization to solicit money for charity and they are exempt from the do-not-call list but give you the option of having your number removed.

Beware of this number, all they want is your cash!

Got a useless spam call from them. Please ignore this number or yell at them when you get on the phone.

keeps calling

I have been getting quite a few calls from Michigan numbers for a variety of charities.  The one I got 12-9-12 the woman said she was raising money for terminally-ill children.  She sounded a bit off to me - no introduction saying she was raising money from a known charity - rather an attempt to connect to me and then only the subject of what she was raising money for.

They do keep calling, and they never leave a message.

just got a second call from Michigan call today using this number ( the earlier one was a different number) asking for a Pat. Said they had the wrong number and please take the number they dialed off. will report and block the number.

Two calls today.  I answer, nobody picks up, nothing.  Silence... and then a click.  It is getting old already.

Claimed to be from "Children's Lukemia Society"  These scum should be castrated so they cannot reproduce.

this company calls from many different numbers and is very annoying.

calling for kids cancer........sounds like a scam..told them I was ill and to send me a check!! then hung up

I also got the call, but I didn't mind the call, Why, because I bought a Digitone Call Blocker.  www.digitone.com The first time they call, it rings my phone and the call comes through. I then block the number and the next time they call, my phone doesn't even ring and the blocker hangs up on them. You can even block entire area codes. I have it setup to block any incoming calls with the 855 area code. The blocker keeps track of all calls, good and bad ones. Then I like to check to see who got hung up on just for fun like I am now.

They call several times per week but never leave a message and from different MI phone #'s. Tonight I answered and said they were from the disabled and paralized American Veterens,  They said I had contributed before, I said no I had contributed to a different Veterens orginization and not to call again the hung up.  They have called from 248-429-4201and810-224-5028,

I am getting the same as everyone else.  Always 1 call a day and often 2 calls a day.

They want money for their pockets don't answer.

Called me Thuesday at 8:27PM CST.  I did not answer.  No message left.  I wish the Do Not Call laws had no loopholes.

Two calls today = two too many.  No message, thankfully.  Wish someone would make them stop or just go away!!  Agree with other statement about the Do-Not-Call List having loopholes; it's time to close them, like now, please!    |:

I have had four calls recently from the same Michigan group asking for $15 from other charities.
There numbers are as follows: 810-224-5028   989-462-0241   248-639-4121  248-429-4201.
I am sure that all of these are scams.

Called here, said nothin'.
