Harrassed by "Christian" at Future Vision (calling for the Dish Network) in Saginaw, Michigan. He refused to remove my number from his phone call list unless I told him if I had digital cable service (in violation of FCC rules). Then he hung up on me.

I received the same call about 45 mins ago!  We didn't need any of his Dish Network gimmick and he said, "if you don't want to by Dish Network, will you give me some money then?"

I hung up on him!

I just got a call from the same number and it hung up on me AGAIN.  I get them daily.  I called the number back and it said "HELLO, THANK YOU FOR CALLING, DR. DISH. PLEASE SAY YOUR NAME AFTER THE BEEP".  I hung up but it does not sound legit to me.  I had a call from DISH NETWORK last night too from a different number and told them I was not interested and to take my name off the list and she said she would. Obviously not since I got another call already today.  Good luck getting rid of them.

I keep getting calls from *Dish Network*. I have told them over and over again that I have cable and am satisfied with it and not interested in their services. I had them before and that the price changed every few months without any notices and that I don't agree with their pricing practices and to take me off of their mailing list. They still have not done that.
The number called me today was 989-715-4343. I deleted the number last night.
I am on the No Call List too but they won't remove me from their lists. Am sick of hang ups from them and late night calls that actually do talk to you.

Got a call from this number only for it to hang up on me the second that I answered. I called the number back and initially got a recording that said "Thank you for calling Dr. Dish. Please hold while I transfer your call." After a moment a man answered the phone and said "Hello." Not, thanks for calling, or can I help you, just "Hello." I said, "Is this Dr. Dish," being thrown by his initial greeting, and he said "dis James." So I continued to tell him that I was getting tired of getting calls from this number 2 - 3 times/week only to get hung up on. He said "well that's the computer, it do what it do..." He had a really bad attitude and just wanted to argue with me, so I finally just said I was going to report him and hung up on him as he is yelling at me over the phone. Just a heads up, to anyone getting this call in Michigan at least, to file a formal complaint and not just an automated complaint at FCC.gov, you need to call Consumer Protection with the Attorney Generals office in Lansing at (517) 373-1140 from 8:30am - 4:30 pm weekdays. To shut this guy down, they need complaints. If he is calling in other states, I assume you could just contact your nearest state Attorney Generals office and they can direct you just the same.

called my name, my name than said hey B!t*h if you ain't going talk why the Hell you answer for.  this is crazy they should have known my answering machine pick up.  

Hung up on me. Returned call to a Megan Hamilton.

Received call from this number. Guy stated, "How are you today?"When I asked how I could help him, he responded, "Oh so you're one of those..." I asked who was calling, and he hung up on me.

They have been calling me for several days. I called back and it said Thank you for calling megan hamilton? but it was a robot.

Same kind of call but when I called back answered thanks For calling Megan Hamilton pleasehold

Got a call fron this number and was hung up on when I answered.  I called right back and it went directly to a messaging system for a Megan Hamilton. If the "company" is not identified on callback, it sounds fishy to me.  

Received 3 calls while on the other line. I called back because the area code was in my family's area code. It sounded like a personal voice mail and thought something might be wrong with my family. After finding out that it was just a saleS call and expressing that is was not interested. The man began arguing with me. This to me seems like complete herrassment to me especially after all of the complaints i have read online. THANK YOU TO ALL FOR SPEAKING OUT

Threatening my family.

I have been receiving calls from 989-715-4343 a lot lately and each time I tell them that where I live I cannot have Dish Network and I am very happy with Comcast Cable.  They keep calling me and harrassing me telling me that I don't know what I am missing and that they will keep calling me until I accept their Dish Network.  I told them that will never happen.

Same number called me just now, as it was calling I looked it up and found this site...glad I dont answer numbers I dont know! Thx for the input everyone :)

repeated calls for over a year from 989-715-4343 asking for the same person each time, have told them each time no one here by that name and not to call again.   Very rude and hang up on me then.

Called my wireless number.  Didn't recognize the are code, so I didn't answer.  It/they left no message.

Called me and hung up right when I answered. If they call again they will wish they hadn't.

After doing some quick research it appears this caller is from Merrill, Michigan, a place near Saginaw. He has been calling my home phone for months, getting into arguments with my family members who answer the phone and as of lately he just hangs up as soon as we answer. During one of the arguments he told us his name is "Justin", not sure if that is true or not. I am going to follow Johns advice and report him to 'Consumer Protection with the Attorney Generals office in Lansing at (517) 373-1140'.

received an insanely rude call just this afternoon, from this number!! 989-715-4343!! first he asked if my mom or dad was home, then when i said i wasn't inter...and that's as far as i got because then he interrupted in a snide and rude manner, well i'm not interested in your life either, as i continued to say, please put us on your do not call list and he kept on by saying, i'll call you again tomorrow. why is this guy still working????
