Whomever this is calls with fake info for lowering credit card interest rates, and I have one credit card that I pay off each month.  If you press the number they give you it is answered by someone with a very thick accent and that person asks for credit card numbers and your SS number.  What a scam!  If you attempt to call the number you get a message that the number is no longer in service.  If someone from this number calls HANG UP!

i got the same thing too. i didnt pickup. they apparently left a VM

I receive calls occasionally from this # and don't answer the phone. They leave a message offering lower interest rates and say to have my statement in front of me when I call back. I also only have one CC that I pay off each month, I've never been tempted to return the call. Good to know who's on the other end!! Thanks.

This number (989-892-3192) called me at 11:13am on Jan. 18th. did not recognize it, so I did not pick up. Left no messages, so how important can it be! Ha, thanks to Cherokee's message I will not be calling them back. Will be adding them to my blocked list!

Correction: They did leave a message, asking me to call them at (1-877-723-1421) about lowering my credit, and please have my credit statements ready when I call. Yea, Sure, I'll call you right back, NOT!

get this company calling at least 3 times a week. dont answer becasue I dont know who it is but very annoying

This company is very persistant...they ask for all of my credit card info and social security number.  All I can say is BEWARE

they use to call me all the time and i would hang up and then once i talked to someone and i asked them how they got my information and they never said anything so i told them "you know its really funny that yall keep calling me about my credit card  considering the fact that WE DONT HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS CAUSE WE PAID THEM ALL OFF, CUT THEM UP AND THROUGH THEM IN THE TRASH" they just hung up and after that and i havn't got anymore calls....until today!

Just got a call from this number, definitely a credit card scam..don't answer! if they leave a VM, just delete it.

They just called my cell phone. Don't know who they are or what they want. Didn't pick up the phone.

It wouldn't let me call it back. Said the number had been disconnected. WTF?

I don't answer calls from outside my area code...

I just pick up the receiver and then hang it right back up.

99.9 % of the time it is a telemarketer or a scam.

Whoever is calling people from this number must be busy today because I got a call from them on my cell phone. I listened to the whole message because I figured there would be an option to stop the calls, but there wasn't. I googled the number and got this site. It is very frustrating that they call a cell phone, a private number, and use my minutes. I am considering calling my phone provider to find out what I can do to stop this person from doing this to anyone else.

I just got the same call!  Looks like it is going rampant trying to scam people today.  They did not leave a message and thanks to everyone's comments, I definitely won't be.

Have fun with these guys....Answer the phone, sound intrested then say "can you hang on I was on the other line" (your not really) push a # so the phone beeps and say "hey Bill I'm gonna have to call you back some a**hole is on the other line trying to scam me/sell me some useless bull sh*t.....their reaction is priceless...

Got a call from this number, they left a message asking me to call back because they can lower my credit card rates.  I don't even own a credit card!  Morons!

I just got the call as well, and I to pay off my only card every month. There is no balance. I listen to the message hit option 5 to get a real person only they said all the lines were full and to leave my name blah blah blah. I hung up.
You can call or go to your cell phone carrier and have this number blocked at no charge. And remember if they are calling you  wouldnt you think they would have all of your info right ??? A scam for sure.
