Call from "Microsoft Technical Department" they can fix the virus on my PC....

14.12 - 25th September
17.12 - 21st September
14.16 - 21st September
16.13 - 20th September

They are scammers trying to access your computer. "You have a virus". All people who read this, do not speak to them or especially give access to your computer at all, you do not know what they will do to it. Also note that another number who has called me, 18774667164. They are also scammers. Check the number on a search engine on your computer, like you did for this number...

Just had these call me and tried to scam me ..they had access to my teamviewer..have deleted that and done scans..any other ideas needed would be appreciated

Change any and all passwords. Also download and run malware bytes. You can get it from filehippo free.   I'd also do a online scan someplace like McAfee or Nortons.  Spybot search and destroy is also a good little program to have.  You can find it on filehippo also I think.
If your familiar with your windows folders and files, you can look through them to make sure there's not something that way also. Just make sure you check the hidden folder option so all those show as well.  

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!
