keep getting calls from 994-412-1245.  They first were saying my computer had a virus & wanted me to go immediately to my computer so they could "fix" it.  When I said no, they hung up.  Now they just keep calling back w/out leaving a message.  They have also started calling my wife's phone.  It's very annoying.

I keep getting calls from this number too. Only difference is that there was an 011 prefix. Some guy with an Indian or Pakistanian accent claiming they are from some network security company in Maryland offering free AVG anti virus software. Sent me to a PandaJeTech website saying they were a "certified AVG partner." Told him I have it already but insisted I take the free offer with better features. Jerked him around some more and questioned the offer. Asked how long the offer was good for and he couldn't tell me. I think I pissed him off because I kept asking why he didn't know that. He wanted me to go to some website and download "remote control" IT software! I laughed at him! I think I pissed the dude off. I just told him I don't need it and wouldn't download the software. He kept insisting so I hung up. Now they keep calling and not leaving a message.
Don't answer if you see the number.

I'm so glad I found this thread!  After arguing with this guy that I had a Mac, not a PC like he claimed and asking repeatedly for his company and for him to email me the information - I called him a fraud and he hung up. He's been hounding me for two weeks!!!  Ugh!!!

Recieved a phone call from this number today.  A woman with an Indian accent said she was calling because several overseas companies were trying to access my IP address.  When I asked how she could possibly know this, she said because she was "working on the mainframe."  I told her that didn't make any sense and asked what company she was with.  Her accent was so thick I couldn't understand her answer.  Then I asked where she was calling from and she said San Jose, CA.  She kept hounding me to log into my email so she could remotely show me who was trying to access my account.  I refused and she got upset with me.  Then I asked for her name and the phone number of the company so I could call back and she hung up on me.   Scary stuff since they are probably getting a lot of senior citizens to go along with their scam

Had the same call today from the same number, but did not answer due to unknown caller. Had call go to voicemail, however when retrieved the message was blank for about 5 sec. Based on everyone comments above I'm sure it is some fraudulent caller. I'm sure we can block the caller by using an app. I had an app on my Blackberry a few years ago just for callers like this. If I find one for my iPhone I'll post for those iPhone users.Thank you all for sharing your experience on this [***] caller.
