Missed call, no message. It is RPM collection agency. They called last year looking for my ex. I told them don't know that person, but they continued to call once a month.

These idiots have called me about 5 times looking for someone named Michelle. I'm reporting these [***].

These people called my husband's business number and told him that we owed $86.25 for an AT&T bill from June, 2000?  They keep calling him!!  If we owed money to anyone wouldn't they have sent us a bill - and from 2000????

When I answered, a message was played saying "we have a call for you, please wait for the next representative".  They asked for my ex-wife.  I said they had the wrong number - they hung up before I finished the sentence.

These idiots call before 8am on the weekends and after 5 most days they ask for people that do not live here and then they hang up when I tell them to stop calling. How do you stop this type of harassement?

Idiots is a nice way to put it.  I have a new phone number and they say they don't believe me.  They are extremely rude and have told me I have to prove I'm not the person they are looking for.

They call me all the time. I either get "dead air" then hung up on, or someone being rude. They called last weekend at 7:45 in the morning and have called as late as 8:30 at night. I have talked to them and Nextel both. Both say not to pay the other that it will report on my creidt. If I don't know whoto pay then I jsut won't pay any of them.

I setteled an account iwth them, 3 weeks later they called saying they settled it for to little money. I asked for a supervisor and the women said they didn't have one!!

Settled an account with this company and they continue to call me telling me that I have an account with them

I won't deny that I owe a debt to Sprint.  However, their tactics are far from ethical.

They call 4 times a day mimimum.  In many cases, the phone stops ringing after 2 times or it hangs up as i pick up.  I literally spoke to them 2 times one day and they call 2 more times AFTER I asked them to cease calls pending them recieving my Cease and Desist request.

I have explained to them that their tactics are edgy and I'd deal with Sprint before them but they still call.

they keep calling me and hang up when i answer i finnaly called back and they told me they were rpm and i have no idea who they are. then they some how knew who i was even though i called them and requested my wife.

I have gotten more than 5 calls from these crooks.  They are asking for $80 for an allegedly outstanding 2001 MCI bill.  They will not provide any proof, but they demand that I show them I am innocent.  Although they are careful not to use any profanity, they will subtly threaten repeat harassing phone calls until I pay them.  When I attempt to ask their name or demand to see proof, they abruptly hang up!

I have a new phone number and these idiots keep calling.  I finally turned off the answering machine for a few days.  They are stupid~

These idiots call every day saying that I have an outstanding debt with Sprint. I have never had anything with Sprint. The woman asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of my SSN. I told her she was 'having a laugh'.

How can we report these people and get them to cease calling?

Today - I recieved a call from this phone number - and after asking who they were ~ they hung up on me. I called back from a different number, and the person who answered - was extremely nasty and abrupt, refusing to provide  me with any information - nd she hung up on me. A 3rd call later - different phone again - I spoke with someone else - and after I let her know - no one here had the name being requested - she said "she would remove my number from her list".

We'll see if that is true or not - VERY unprofessional, rude, and abrupt in all their communications.

Seems to me - IF the person they are asking about - is NOT there - then insisting that your number be removed -- DO NOT CALL LIST NOTED --- if they DO call again, they have violated those rules/guidelines.

REPORT THEM!

I sent certified cease commucations letter to thier office in atlanta georgia and they keep calling after they got the letter i told them i was going to report them to attorney generals office they fianlly quit well  now they are calling my father in law 3 times a day and he is 88 I called them to day and told them to quit calling that i sent letter which states family, friends etc  they said we never got a letter we are in washington i said  the bill i got was from atlanta georgia so hopefully they wont call him no more they said they removed his number but probbaly  a lie

RPM has been calling the debtors place of employment for three months now. We have caller ID, and just as of 6/28/07 they have called 23 times, including nights and weekends (even Sunday)! They have been told SEVERAL times to please stop calling here. They are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We have been told three times now that this number will be deleted from the debtor's file. Yet, they continue to call.

Came home and found a message on my machine from a girl looking for some man I'd never heard of, asking him to call her at 866 212-7408.  I just shrugged it off as her having dialed the wrong number.  But the next day a man called and asked for the same name the girl did.  I told him he had a wrong number.  He asked if I knew this person which concerned me because I thought was a strange thing to ask.  When I said no, he immediately hung up on me.  NOW I was alarmed.  I had no idea what was going on.  I called the 866 number to find out what was going on.  The woman was very nasty, cut me off and said "are you saying it's a wrong number?!" and when I said "yes", she hung up on me.

After reading the posts on this site, I see now these RPM people are total morons.  They can't think for themselves.  They can't step outside of the box or their attack mode for one second.  They have a phone number on a piece of paper they're ordered to call and like brainless robots, that's all they know how to do, so they call repeatedly.  If they can't harrass the intended individual, they'll harass the next best thing...the unsuspecting person who answers.  Makes them feel accomplished I guess.  Pretty pathetic and sad if you ask me.

i recieve a call from 18662127408 more than one time a day, they ask about my friend who does not live with me any more , i keep telling them that but they keep calling anyway. they also don't identify themself.

They call starting before 8 Am, I never even had sprint, I called sprint to complain to them and investigate the company and they played dumb. I called the company and it rand at least 40 times before a very rude girl answered. She kept asking for my # and I didn't give it to her, I just said I have a question- what sort of company is thsi. She wouldn't tell me, She yawned while I talked. She was so rude. I am 9 months pregnant and do not need this stress. They do not leave messages. MY ADVISE- type in do not call registry on your searc engine, register your phone # there, after 31 day s of they still call FILE A COMPLAINT at that same website. If everyone does this we can get them in trouble!!!!
