Received a call from William Jones and hours later his associate Claudia Jones..they are from the financial law department...the phone number is 347-602-9391..they have threatened me with laws suits and said I would be served at my place of employment. They also told me good luck if I do not pay the debt back

Just received a call from Officer Derrick Jackson, with the United Financial Crime Dept.  His original number that came up on my phone was +59150160309 and he gave me a return number to call of 914-595-7531 and he too had a heavy accent from India.  He had told me that I accepted a payday loan of $590 from Cash Advance of America and that it was deposited into my account in December,2010.  When he told me that I knew it was a scam, because for one I have not had a bank account since August, 2010 and secondly the State of Arizona does not allow Payday Loans anymore.

I have also been receiving calls from a Phil and a Jack supervisor who sound the same who are claiming they are from Financial crime department / payday loans that I got a loan from them last year they also have all my bank information and they refuse to give me the amount and the date of loan and they say that there is an Affidavit filed with the courts of MI  they also gave me a docket no. heres their phone no. 1-786-259-6601  .  If anyone out there is having a problem with these people please email me at sleehorn@comcast.net because im turning these people for harrassment Im contacting the police my attorney general everything !

i have been recieving phones calls from this company called united Financial crimes department. From the research i have done this is a bogus company and they have all of my info, my ss#, my phone #. i told them i knew it was a scam and hung up on them. i gave them a fake name so they would not ask me my info. At this point they started reading off social security numbers and asking if they were mine. before i called i blocked my number so they could not call back. the number they told me to call is (206)792-3746. they treatened to have me arrested and that i would go to court for fraud. Please watch out for this scam.

I have been harassed by a man that goes by the name, John White and he claims to be from the United Financial Crime Department. He is claiming that I owe money on a payday loan, but I have never ever been late or not paid a bill. He is threatening me with a lawsuit. Does anybody recognize this number???
951-252-2617.... Every time I try and call back it goes to a recording and tells me to dial *671 for assistance from a wireless phone..I have not gone further with these directions..can someone help me?

Hi about 1 hr ago we received a call from a john white!!! He also said that he was from the united financial crime department, everything went about the same as your call. The number he left me was 951-252-2617. Was the guy whop called you john white?

I received a call on Thursday March 10th from a Mike Scott claiming he was from the Financial Crime Department saying I failed to pay a payday loan from Us Fast Cash and that they were going to take me to court for nonpayment. Supposedly the date the loan was taken out I was long gone on vacation in Florida, he said the money was deposited in my bank account. It was not and he new all my personnel information about me. The number he left me to call him back was 717-435-4008 and when i asked him for the number to call the payday loan company he gave me one but it was just another number for him which that number is 713-370-0684. So what I did is called the payday loan and told them what weas going on and she told me it was a scam. The loan company said they have no record of me even having a loan with them. So everyone watch out for these numbers also, they are still working numbers yet.

Got a phone call this morning from 206-632-7012 from a man calling himself John Smith from the Financial Crimes Department. I received a few of these calls a few months back, so I knew what to expect with this one, so I decided to push back a little bit. I called the number he left me and let him begin his little rant - I owe 3 pay day loans, he'll be downloading something into the county courthouse and that I would be sorry for not working out something with him today. Since I knew it was a scam, I asked him, why he had such a heavy accent with a name like John Smith - he immediately stopped me and said that he was asking the questions, not me. I asked him if he was familiar with Shane Watson (a name I was given from previous emails), he got highly agitated at that point. I politely told him that all phone calls were being recorded (work phone) and he immediately shut up. I told him that he can go back to sleeping with his sister (not taken well over in India) and he cursed me out, telling me that I was lucky I wasn't dealing with him in person, yadda yadda. I closed by saying "good luck and god bless" - I'm sure that really pissed them off. Best suggestion is to throw it right back in their faces, tell them you know it's a scam and that you have already reported the phone call to the authorities. they'll leave you alone for a while

I too have gotten the same call as well as a co-worker that works with me.  my call came from the one that said he was officer James Marshall badge # 47216 blah! blah! blah! told me I was being sued and wanted me to fax him a copy of my drivers license and so forth.  The other names used are Sam Davis also.  called from a 646-918-5178 telephone number.  these people are fraudulent.
