    Can someone help me?
I need help i got a text message from Mobile Access Billing saying I made a purchase of 39.95 and I needed to pay it so I called the number and cancelled my membership but they said I still need to make a payment, the thing is I tried a free trial and when it is up if I don't cancel it it charges me 39.95. I was charged on my credit card from Pmtzones from a restricted country but nothing charged and it was declined (?) but the email was from CSmembers.com and gave me a number so I called that but said it was from Customercarepage.com  and they said I need to call 1800-811-810 and was charged from FAbilling which the customer service number on there site is 123-456-7890. So i called the 800 number and cancelled my account but said I still need to pay because I didn't cancel in the 3-day trial period, but I'm NOT gonna do that. But they didn't give me My guess is all these sites are fake and running some kinda scheme. Is this even legal cause when I signed up they never gave me a phone number or a way to cancel or even said they were gonna charge me again. So what should I do?

That's right. This is common on membership web sites and is why one MUST ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT (sorry, didn't mean to shout). Had you cancelled within the three-day trial period, you wouldn't have been charged the $39.95. Consider it a relatively inexpensive lesson.

FAbilling appears to be a collector with a UPS box in Nevada and a fake phone number.

Pmtzones.com, CSmembers.com, and Customercarepage.com all have their WHOIS registration data hidden using  "Whois Privacy Protection Service, Inc."

CSmembers.com and Customercarepage.com use the same web template and only have different toll free numbers.

There is something definitely fishy about these companies.

I don't know the details of your trial but if you feel that you have been misled, you can cancel the credit card and dispute the charges already made.

Well I haven't been charged yet but I have the option to now on the moacbi.com (mobile access company) but I'm not so I'll have to see if they call me again or something.

    Diane,

What makes you think this site has any connection to 3DTuneTube or that by posting here asking this site to cancel your subscription for you is effective at all? Have you thought about doing it directly at THEIR site perhaps?

This site is not a subsciption canceling service, it's here so other folks can report and find out about scams! That's how it works! Try the direct route ... and if that fails report the business to the FTC!

And posting your email address was foolish, you'd be setting yourself up to receive more spam and scam email in your inbox. I am going to ask the Admins to remove it, but it may take a while!

Why in the world are you making this request (and posting your email) on a public website?  You need to direct your request to the company that charged your card!  I've asked admins to delete your email.

I signed up for a trial membership today.  I submitted my information and immediately went to cancel the membership so I would not be billed 2 days from now.  I couldn't find anything right away so I began to hunt for the email address.  I came up with csmembers.com.  I went to their website and submitted a request to cancel membership today.  I have not received a conformation or acknowledgement from them.  I then went on to research their website and I am finding several complaints and accusations of scam etc.  I have called my bank and blocked my card.  Can anyone think of anything I may have forgotten?  Is this a scam?  How does a person report this?  Any suggestions are welcome!

if you did not get this resolved, your credit card company will handle the refund through a dispute process. The biller  can not keep your money despite the over extension of a trial period. Gie it a shot. I have and I have never had a disute go the other way...even one like this one.

This is a scamming operation run from the United Kingdom.  I am an IT consultant.  They run adult sites which are fake and designed to harvest credit card details.  There is nothing genuine about the company concerned.

Please see link below for more details.

    https://sites.google.com/site/csmemberscomisascam/

The terms and conditions would not meet fair contracts law in the UK and doubtful be inforceable ourside the UK, but at the amounts are small, most people will not take legal action against them.
