You rock, Mike!  I love that the reporter notes that the FTC acted after receiving complaints.  Just goes to show you what squeaky wheels can accomplish when they all squeak together.  Well done all you complainants.  Thanks for posting, Mike. You made my day! :-D

That is good news. What would be better news, would be some of these perpetrators getting jail time. I'm guessing that hasn't happened much, if at all.

Depends upon what laws they were sued under. Many only provide civil penalties.
