Left a message from Bank of America for funds- I didn't call back think it's a scam

Didn't get a call, but got an email saying to call this number for funds....

I got the same or similar email....I DID NOT call it. Does any one have more info about this apparent scam?

got it from a email. Area 206 is Seattle Washington (but likely forwarded over internet.Called the number) it's an answer machine  (bad quality), When you input the access code 1945, the outgoing message says "welcome to bank america enter account number" (which is really the phone number of the mail box you want to access), i entered 353355338884, then it asked for pin, 3588, is said "you have 15 Million British Pounds"... enter code for transfer....  the scan is: YOU MUST wire "TAX" money TO GET THE TRANSFER CODE.... BofA uses 800 numbers, uses US dollars, and more than 4 digit code to transfer millions. The real phone number to BofA is 1.800.432.1000  1.800.442.6680 (Washington).   NOTE: I'm sure my phone was caller ID'd I'll get calls now!

I received this email and I know it's a scam. So anyone that get this email or phone call please do not reply. It is a scam...Anything that has uk is a scam big time..
If you see the number below is a UK number and they are all scamer so stay away from this..

Why would someone waste there time on this crap!

I recieved the same message aswell with the FBI info copied and paste at the top of the email.  So I just went ahead and reported it to their Internet Crime Complaint Center IC3.  Not much else you can do but Im pretty sure they can.

I got this very email and I sent it to the real FBI let them take of the scammers LOL

i got the same e-mail and was puzzeled because robert mueller is there. wanted to where this number went and found this website . i was not going to call but wanted to see if anyone else had recieved it. i wish i knew how to send this to the fbi. i hope noone falls for this

just read this email myself. i was going to see about doing the same thing you did, but i wont bother now, since others have forwarded it to the real FBI.
