I have an account with Home Depot that went into collections.  They called me from this number saying they were the collection agency.  Hope this helps!

They call me too.....

they just called me. the lady asked for _______ Harris. I told her she had the wrong number. she asked again adding a middle name. still not me!!!! i emphasized "WRONG NUUUMMMBBBER" and hung up. I called the number back and they are apparently used to having someone call with complaints. I was rudely sent to the complaint line. after listening to a message that sounds like the complaint line also gets complaints, I left a message saying my number very slowly (as per their repeated instructions).

I get these calls all the time and found out there from the person who used to have my phone nuber who has collections, etc.. sucks

They are a debt collection agency. They seem to be one of the dirtiest low down scoundrel types also. They contacted me looking for one of my nieghbors whom I know did not use me as a refference when and if he borrowed any money form a company that uses these dirt bags to coolect debts.They refuse to tell me how and why they associated me with my nieghbor and his debt...WHY? I suspect becuase they know that thye are using a very illegal form of harassing people they are trying to collect from. BUt this hot red blooded american will do all he can to try and bring these people down. They most definetly barked up the worng tree used the wrong person to try and help them.

I am sorry to keep posting so much , but I fell this is my duty to help all who need deal with these bottom feeders. I made cpl posts before with some names to contact, also anotehr poster took it one step further and provided some addresses and even a wonderful thing called a 1 800 number.
Please of going to contact them and most definetly if like me and like to role reversal on these kind of companies please use that 1 -800 -220-0605 and 1-800-202-0605 number to contact them and make sure you ask for those names I listed from bottom feeder man up to his supervisor up to the top directly when you get the operator tell them nothing until you are ready to cut into them in what ever manor you choose kind , sweet , mean , vicious. But to condense it here for you all are those names again.

Adn for those who like go one step further contact the legal dept ask for..

Remeber folks treat those operators with kindness and your sweetest voice so you have better chances of getting through to the supers and never give your name until ready, also go one step further and block your own phone number this makes it harder for them to tell who is calling.
