I am on the Do Not Call list, but it is apparent telemarketers do not read it.
Please stop the annoying phone calls.

I don't have any outstanding balances and have informed the individuals on several occassions that I am not longer interested in receiving the newspaper. I ended up with the service assistning a colleage student with getting credit and was advised there would be no obligation to receive the paper. Once I started receiving bills they were paid but I have since discontinued the service and would like to keep it like that. Please remove my number from your call back list.

Unwanted phone solicitation for a local newspaper in Philadelphia.

I have received many calls to my cell phone.  They are trying to sell a newspaper.  I have reported them to the FCC.  I would recommended doing the same.  Document the calls and if you can the name of the person who has called you.

I keep getting calls from this number above on my cell phone. Don't know who they are but want them to stop.  It's annoying.  They call 3 - 4 times a day.

Have had multiple phone calls from this number, though I have never picked up. I have no idea how they got my number, considering I don't even live in the state.

This number belongs to WEST PARK DIRECT- they are not a collection agency- they work or are contracted on behalf of MANY newspapers. They get your telephone number in a database from your local newspaper company and they may also use the telephone book in your area to solicit you for a subscription to the local newspaper company. You may already have an old account w/ a newspaper company and they pull it from there. Usually they will not try to collect past due amounts- depends on their contract. (I used to work for our local newspaper here and we use their services). They could be pushy to get you to subscribe. If you are in doubt by all means call your local newspaper company and ask to speak to the circulation director and tell him you want off the soliciting list- he will have to respect your wishes. Many times WEST PARK is trying to give you a good deal- and it usually is! But if you call the company for a subscription- they will tell you you have to take it from WEST PARK to get that rate, and won't honor it- that is how WEST PARK DIRECT gets paid- by their commission. I'm in MI too.  I get calls ALL the time asking me to reinstate my newspaper.  I now just get really cocky with them as I've asked to be removed from their list multiple times.   When you don't renew a subscription they sell it to this other source.

This number started calling me today while I've been in meetings at work so I can't answer.  They never leave a message and when I called back to tell them to stop calling, an automated message comes on & says "thank you for continuining to hold.  We appreciate your patience & will be with you shortly." It will just repeat and nobody aswers.

This number keeps calling during my working hours & never answers when I do find a few to answer. I have no idea who they are or what they want, but 4-5 times a day is Ridiculous!

Ugh, these ppl r so annoying!  Have a new phone # & I keep getting calls for "Shima".  When I say there's no Shima here, please take this # off your list they hang up and try again later.
