I talked to them the first time they called and told them I have NO plans to invest in home improvements at this time and said good-bye. They call several times a week.

Has anybody thought of calling the police and filing a harassment charge against them?  If you document every time/date they call and have asked them not to call again, then  repeated calls constitute harassment.  If they make any kinds of threats at all, it becomes a "terrorist threat" which is a much more serious matter.

They have called me before and I not only told them that I was on the Do Not Call list and not to call me again, I filed a complaint with the national registry.  Since they called me again today, I will file another complaint.  Every time they call you, file a complaint.  Maybe sooner or later something will get done about it, but nothing will get done if people don't file complaints.

Caller ID shows "unknown" with phone number.  I usually don't pick up these calls.

They call fairly frequently, even after being told I'm not interested in a remodel.

I haven't seen any evidence that the FTC is doing anything about these calls.
I get them frequently, many from the same number, report them and still they call.

Same story -- repeated calls from Triangle Construction soliticing new business. This call came at 1:15p on a Sunday afternoon.

These people call, the caller ID identifies them, and they don't leave a message.  They've called when I'm home and hang up when I answer.
We are on the do not call list.
  Have not contacted them for inquiries or business.

Solicitation call from remodeling/construction company.  Told them I'm on the "Do Not Call" list and he said if I don't like answering the phone it's a free country so move to another country.  Call back several times.  Very nasty folks.  I don't understand what type of business they think they will get treating folks like that.

I just received a call from 310-984-7640 from a Triangle Construction. Saying they are in my area giving "free" estimates for home repairs. I told them again I am on the National Do Not Call List and this will cost them.

I filed a complaint with the FTC on Triangle Construction. Only a "Fool" would hire a contractor that conducts bussiness over the phone.

FTC..."Fine Them" then they will get the message.

I called the Triangle's real number that you mentioned 1-310-645-8080.  The person who answered as Triangle Construction took my number and said that they would stop calling.

I again had to tell them I am on the National Do Not Call List, but they don't seem to care. I am again going to file another complaint against this company with the FTC.

They caled and ask for us by name when I asked who's calling he hung up. How rude

Female called me at home from this number telemarking Triangle Construction, a family-owned general contractor business.  She gave false information that California law prohibits general contractors from accepting any job with a value of less than $2,500.  I informed her that I am on the national DNC list and subsequnetly filed a report of the call at www.donotcall.gov.

They just called me as well  01/29/09 and many times before. I am documenting the info and plan to take action. It's rude when you tell them many times that your not interested and to please stop calling. Sometimes I think they just don't listen and I would love to stick my finger through the phone and pull the darn plug out of there ear, and maybe then they will hear you.    THIS IS SO UNCOOL !

Total jerks and unprofessional - they use profane language! I have no idea what they want or are selling but I am NOT buying. Also I am on DNC lists. Unsure how in the world these folks can keep calling us as I can't imagine they have a gajillion dollars to pay the fines in this economy. Oh wels.

Im tired about these calls.
