call twice a day, leave no message.  Calling back gets an ansering machine

calls several times a day/week.  when phone is answered the caller hangs up

MAJOR SCAM!!! Do not give out any info. They call constantly saying I need to give them my social security #. Obviously I didn't and I never will. I contacted the police and they said they can't do anything about it (typical). The best thing to do is ignore them!

I answered it and it was a young girl said she was from student services,maybe that can help you all a little bit

they call all day everyday atleast three times a day and dont say anything. It is really annoying because I am a college student and I'm tired of all these companies calling and not saying anything.

This is too crazy! I never answer it and it only comes up on my cell as well. How weird is this? You would think by now they would not call them. Do you think there is a way to block that # from your cell, maybe let your cell phone carrier know about it?

They call me 2-5 times a day.. sometimes they skip a day.  Sometimes they call all of those times in a row without ever leaving a message.  I don't bother answering.  Others who have answered say that they claim to be from student services or a loan consolidation company or an insurance company and that they need social security numbers, etc... (Duh, don't give them it)

I kept getting calls on my cell phone from this number, the one time I answered it, I got some sort of beep tone and then a hang up.  I faxed to that number and told them to stop calling my number.  I think they must have gotten my cell phone number from the internet, because I use that number if I've requested information or purchased something.

They call my cell phone and my daughter's phone also but never leave a message. I don't answer because I don't know the number.
