Left no message. They called my cell while I was at work so I tried to call it back and it says Belk Credit Services. Want my account number but I don't have a Belf account so I hung up.

the telephone numbers are some how connected to Belk Credit Card  and you.
at P.O box 981492 in  El Paso, Texas 79998-1492.
I don't know what is going on, but I suggest that you get your people under control and not run up
phone bills of people with cell phones .  I have written the Attorney General on this matter  as you are
truly causing a lot of aggrevation to me an the many others who have protested on the Internet.

I went to my cell phone to pick up messages and found about 8 calls from  330 433 5831
this  number belongs to Belk Credit Card part of GE MONEY BANK out of El Paso, Texas.
I want them to # 1 stop calling my  908 647 5929 cell phone number.. and I want them fined for harrassing thousands
of innocent people around the United States.. As a land owner in Texas, I find this totally unacceptable.

if you do a search on 800 804 0057 and 800 347  1170 and  330 433 5831 you will see that they are on many lists for being a pain in
the neck. Please put a stop to this and give them some big fines..
you can call back without giving them some credit car info on a card I don't have.

They just call over and over and hang up when we answer.

I just rceived a call today, 2/3/09 at 11:46 a.m. est from a very rude representative with GE Money/Belk Credit. I informed this female she had a wrong number and advised her to stop calling, she said she will continue to call & hung up.

Harassing calls to my boss

I received a letter today, 3-3-09, from GE MONEY BANK, CREDITOR, PO BOX 981404, EL PASO, TX, stating the following:  "GE Money Bank has received your request for credit for a credit program with BELK.  Regretfully, your request cannot be approved at this time".  From Credit Manager, GE Money Bank, no signature.
#1.  I did not apply for this credit with BELK.
#2.  I called  1 877-295-2080, and was advised they had nothing to do with Belk.  She advised me to apply for a free credit report.

I posted this because I have read many similar complaints, and not sure how to resolve this.  I do not want a bad mark against my credit.

Caller number came up on caller ID. I did not answer.2:15PM 3-18-09

Got a call this morning; did not recognize so I didn't answer; pulled it up on the internet and found all these posts complaining about Belk Credit and GE Bank. They did not leave a message; not sure why they have my number.

i get a call from 1-330-433-5831 i do not answer, then imediately after that call i get one from unknown (same people im sure) they call as early as 8:00am and as late as 9:30-10:00pm every day of the week at least 10 times a day! it is driving me crazy please stop!

I have received seven calls in the last four days with no messages from the caller at the above mentioned number.

This number has called several times this week with an automated message that they are Belk Credit. Tooday they are Mason Elevator Company. DA!  What a scam.

This number has shown up on my cell phone almost every day for the last week.  They don't leave a message and I don't answer any calls from numbers I don't recognize.  I DO have a Belk Credit card though.  So maybe it's them.

GEMB RIPS OFF ITS CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS

1) make payment on time - they do not apply it until after the due date
2) make payments online, they claim your bank denied it when it was never denied
3) stop sending statements - they know people use statements as reminders to pay bills.
4)0% interest programs with them, pay off within the alloted time, they post the last payment late so they can accrued interest charges for the full 12 months
5) remove mailing addresses from account info
6) REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE OR FIX THEIR MISTAKES!

Report them to the Federal Trade Commission ASAP

Repeated telemarketing calls from this number.  Some messages are left.  Cell is on do not call list.  What's going on?

They called my cell phone while I was in a meeting at work then I heard my WORK desk phone ring directly after and I found out they had called it too. It's illegal to call someones place of employment to collect a debt. I will be calling these people back and complaining about that. I do have a belk card and may owe but they can't call my work. If they would just have left a message on my cell I would have gladly called back but that is not the way they want to play the game I suppose.
