Someone charged $2,050.00 on my debit card to Demarest Howell & Associates.  The domain for their obviously fake website is registered to this phone number, all the same info as the other domain registrations.

Just adding my voice to the chorus....Angela Harrison at FrivolousNecessitease.com and dualitize.com has the same phone number and PO Box in Emeryville. I did complain through yahoo store after getting no response to their customer service email. There's also a po box on south maryland avenue in las vegas run by the same people. They do seem to respond to inquiries from paypal, yahoo store and the BBB so don't give up.

There seem to be lots of scam sites using or have used this register phone number & address.  Always different names, all yahoo sites.  What is happening here?  Is one person scamming using different names?  Seems to be a large assortment of different scams.  How are these innocent peple with legitimate businesses getting this scamming address into their domain name info?  Would like someone to clarify just what has been happening, as there is a familiar name in one of the registered websites.

I was scammed by this as well.  Someone charged my cc for a webhosting using the same phone number.  I called yahoo and my cc company and cancelled it

as the business owner has disputed allegations of scamming, posting some more information on the specifics of the scam will be useful, as opposed to just WHOIS information & the expectation for us to take your word over the business'.

Did you get credited back by Demarest Howell and associates?  Do you think their website is fake?

this is private whois info that people pay to protect the owner from spam and junk mail. most of the sites on here are good sites. they are just hosted with yahoo! this is a prime example of people jumping to wreck a company just because they share a number for yahoo private registration. if they are a yahoo store owner then and they scam you go to yahoo and take it up with them.

We were reviewing our page rank on Google and are shocked to see my name and company listed in your postings.  I'm not quite sure what it is that that this string of emails is even referring to; however, we do not have any numbers or PO Boxes in Emeryville.  By the little information listed in these posts, it seems that you may be referring to the Domain registering company or something and that PO has no relevance to the actual businesses.  Regardless, we personally do not have any connection with these scam artists you are citing and would appreciate our name to be removed.  Thanks.

This number is used by a scam artist that uses companies logos and such to rip people off.  My poor Husband almost got caught on an Auto Trader, Ebay Scam where you send 3 grand or so to this person but your car never shows.  He was using pufarina.com for this scam & I've found several other sites he has used in the past on the web.  He used spoof e-mails that would have made you believe it was someone in Ebay ripping you off.  Also a similar PO box in the same city in CA.  There seem to be many many different types of scams.  The name I got connected to the domain name was John Calis, I think Calis is short for California.

This person is also trying to steal banking information.
