We have recieved several calls from this number during the day. There wasn't any message. I gooogled for this number and found several others had gotten calls from it also.

This number has shown up on my caller ID over and over again during the past few weeks -- they never leave a
message.  I want it to stop.  I will not return calls to numbers who do not identify themselves and who do not describe the nature of their call.  These types of calls are an invasion of our privacy, extremely annoying, and should be illegal.

this number has been calling at least once (and often more) every day for several weeks, sometimes in the morning and early-mid afternoon and then again right around the time i'm trying to get dinner together.  if i answer, there is dead air and then a hangup.

I had an LA Zoo membership that I decided not to renew. just received a call from 541-864-1492. told them they had the wrong number and to remove the number from their list. not sure why the LA Zoo is so insistent on having people call my home.

I too have gotten calls from this number 541 864 1492.  I called it back and got the message that others have gotten.  At the end of the conversation it tells you to press one to contact an operator.  I didn't, instead pressed '0" (zero) I don't know if it was the zero or because I did not press one - but was able to leave a message - asking to be removed from their calling list - that any donations I made I make at a local level at my prompting and not via a phone call.  We'll see if I get any more from them.

According to some other posts, this is coming from comnet marketing.  They have a link to remove yourself from their calling list.

Got a call at about 3 pm.  Answered it.  Nothing on the other end so I hung dat ish up!

Yep, comnet, the lady i talked to identified herself as such.  They called me again today asking to renew my membership for a profession related society of which I'm a member.  I was like, heck to the nizo!

I have been receiving calls from this number day and night, every day. I never answer since I am not familiar with this number and figure if it is important they can leave a message. They never leave a message...

541-864-1492 has called at all times of the day for several days now and not left a message.  I'm on No Call lists and have trouble with stalkers.

I get a call from this number several times a week between the hours of 5 and 6 pm (EST).

I have gotten a couple of calls and they don't leave a message but when I call the number I get a  recording form comnet.  I found Comnet telemarketing on the web and they have a link to get you number removed from the list with the following message

"We work exclusively with Non-Profit organizations, which include some of your favorite public radio and television stations, zoos, museums, professional associations and charitable organizations.
Please fill out the following form to be removed from our calling lists."

So I put my name and number on the list and am hoping for no more calls.

Someone has called me for two days straight, two times a day from this number without any message. I have no idea who they are or how they got my number, but I am not involved in any animal charities...

I have been getting a call on my cell phone every three days for the last three weeks between 7:30 and 8:00 pm.  I have not answered it since I do not know the caller.  They go to voice mail, but all I get is a hang-up click.  Obviously it is some kind of sales call and I am listed on their auto-dialer.  How do you get off the list?

this number calls my cell phone every evening and has for weeks; no message left.  sometimes they call during the day as well.

They've called me every day for over a week-- 2-3 times a day. I answered today and heard nothing for 10+ seconds.

Rcvd call fm 1-541-864-1492 on my cell number. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

got a call at work and then a day later, at my home.  Both times created a partial vmail about some broadcast message or broadcast message test.  I called the number back from work and got a Comnet message advising that Comnet makes network and broadcast calls for various reasons on behalf of non-profits and other companies. The partial broadcast message that I got made NO sense at all.
