also a debt collecting agency. When call was return machine answered and went into a loop for 45 mins stating all reps were busy.

I received a call from this # trying to collect money for something I know

I got a call from this # requesting money for a bill I know nothing about.

another scam 215-642-3400 no refrence as to what she wanted

516-455-1570 (Atty. Shafratz) A Mr Boyd called to speak to me but I wasn't home. Claimed this was in regards to a private business matter and would not discuss the matter with anyone there.

Get called all the time from this number...never answer!!!

Got a call from this number.  I have no past debts but they say I owe over 5,000 dollars from a bill my ex owes from about 10 years ago.  Rude telling me I owed the money and they were going to file suit against me.  Hahaha  Good luck Mother's  see your A@@ in court.

They call me asking me my d/o/b my husband name. They didn't say what company what they calling me for. And quoted " I wish you good luck". Don't give them any imformation reference to you are your family.

I am so pleased that there is a site such as this one to look up comments and make comments. I was worried why I was getting a phone call from a law office only to learn it is a scam ): Sad people taking advantage of others in these hard times!!

Have a hospital debt and this law firm has an attorney who settled with me very reasonably then called after a few payments were made to demand my tax refund. He became nasty and kept calling me at work. Too bad some people are so UGLY!

This Mr. Boyd called me from this number also, he said he needed to speak to my son. I told him, my son doesn't live here. He asked if I could give him his phone number and have my son call him back. I took down the phone number and then googled it. I found out what this is. The thing is that sparked my interest is that he told me that my son would know what the matter was concerning. Thing is he doesn't know my son and what my son does and doesn't tell me. Thanks guys for  your post, letting me know what this crap is about!!

These people left a message for me on my work phone. I'm a teacher! How do I stop them from calling me?

These people called my 75 year old Mother and told her they were from our local Hospital and I needed to call her ASAP. As I have a Cronic illness my mother was upset and they would tell her no more. I called this number and played the machine game for 30 minutes. I then called the hospital and was referred to delinquint accounts.
I recieved a call today on my cell phone and was spoken to rudely and told they are proceeding with court action. I informed her my credit cards were maxed and I am almost upside down with my mortgage. This was apperently amusing to her, I hung up.

561 455 1570 is a collection agency and not attornies.  when they c alled me she informed me that i have a very private legal matter to discuss and to please call before 5 pm.  needless to say, i checked the internet and they are fraud.  do not talk to these people of Shafritz & Brat.

Do not give this organization any information.  they are fraud. today they called again and very rudely said THIS IS A LAW FIRM.  it is not - it is supposedly a collection agency.  do not fear them.  just hang up. do not respond to these folks.

I have payed a debt that my ex wife and i owed to a "so called" law office years ago when i was young. hyaving me worried about my credit and legal action. they had me overnight payments over a months period of time. About 1200.00 of my i think 2000.00. It sounded like a deal. about a year or so latter i recieved a phone call from another agency trying to collect the same debt. I ran a credit report only to find out i still had the debt on my record. I called the original debtor i owed and they said they had never heard of that law office. needless to say, I got scammed!
stay away from these scumbags!
