Caller ID said "Calling" left message about a medical benefits package.

Greg called, lft msg to call 866-779-0520 in reference to getting me lower rates on my credit cards. Claims I was approved by a non profit charity type organization to rec'v consolidated credit card.

caller ID: "Calling" hung up after i said hello.  i know damn well it's a telemarketer.  WhitePages.com reverse phone search shows it's a LandLine from CA, North County Communications CorpLocation: Campo, CA

I didn't answer the phone, but whoever it was let it ring literally like 50 times!  @#%*ers!!

Same here. Dave Brooks called about Credit card consolidation, but I needed to have my balances ready when I returned the call. Heck Yeah, I'm gonna call him back right now! Not! :)

Rec'd a call from Greg advising that I have been pre-approved for a lower interest rate with a non-profit company.  He asked that I have my balances ready when I call back so he can get me a lower rate.

I have been receiving this call as well.   Everytime I have answered the phone they say nothing and then hang up.

Got a call from 619-868-0520 - Recording telling me of 1.2% mortgage loan. When I entered "1" to speak to a representative, a man answered and as I was asking to be entered on their "DO NOT CALL" list he hung up abruptly.

I got a call saying it was about medical coverage, please press one to speak to a rep.  I was VERY friendly with Laura, the rep.   She asked if I was interested in medical coverage.  I told her that I actually would like to speak to her supervisor.  She said SURE! and then promptly hung up.

Answering machine took the call.  A pre-recorded female voice was speaking about a health care program, but it started the incoming message well before the outgoing message had finished playing.

I tried calling the number back, but was told that the call could not be completed as dialed.

You can also find out public info about their troubles with the FCC on their website. Seems that they've been in trouble for bad behavior before and got fined for it.

Called our company, and got our switchboard, at the end of the message. Wish these people had better things to do, than bother people for phone spam.

Hi, Got a call this morning and man said I had been sent a letter for reduced interest rate (not)on my credit cards of 1% and then he went on to say he wanted some info.  I hung up.  Just another con job.

I checked out their web page.  www.nccom.com.  They are just a telephone company like Verizon; they aren't making any of the calls.  Calling them to complain would be like calling the President of Verizon about your neighbor making prank phone calls to you.   Their web page says to complain to the FTC if any of their customers are violating the do not call list.

I also read their so called troubles with the FCC.  It appears to me like they filed one form late years ago.  I hardly call that getting in trouble.
Look how many times the FCC fined Verizon.
